Passing through Vancouver, Washington? If you have never been through this part of the country before and are looking for vacation ideas and sightseeing opportunities, this area is rich in scenery and historic sites. Examples within less than an hour and a half driving time radius include Mount Hood, the Columbia Gorge, Mt. St. Helens, Fort Vancouver, the Portland Rose Garden, and the Oregon Trail End of Trail Interpretative Center. Sharp Labs next door in Camas has a good links page regarding this area.
