applies to the 17-23 April time frame:]
Post-Dated
“Forecast” Images Show Same High Levels
In
the past two days since the public forecasts from Norway were
stopped, there have been numerous different forecast images
appearing in the obscure folder of the “zardoz”
server. These have included a number of animated forecasts showing
a “simulation” date of May 9 (03:00 UTC) yet giving
“forecast” images for the week of April 18–24
(inclusive). Thus, some newly appearing “forecasts”
are post-dated (or dated after the fact) by approximately
three weeks relative to
the actual time being shown (given that today is May
14), which reveals that someone is examining data relative to
fallout of radioactive poisons from that week in April. It also
reveals that the models being used show “forecast”
(for the past?!) levels of radiation that are in fact more than
100 times greater than the public Norwegian forecasts ever showed.
If these post-dated “forecast” images that are still
mysteriously appearing in an obscure folder of a little known
server in Norway are not the real and best estimates
of the radioactive fallout that has been flowing around the
northern hemisphere due to this terrible nuclear catastrophe,
then what are they? In addition, who is generating
these forecasts even after the public forecasts have
been stopped and for what purpose?...
Now
let us look at five example “forecast” images from
five days during the week of April 18–24. These images
all show levels of radioactive iodine-131 at least 100 times
greater than the public images for the same times. [Editor's
Note: See comparison charts above in the North America section].

2011-04-17 to 23 Reactors
in Meltdown As Private Forecasts Show 100x Higher Radiation
(PDF), by zeolite-remedies.com, 20 May 2011 which
applies to the 17-23 April time frame:
These
private forecasts tell a terrible story, with each one consistently
showing levels of radioactive iodine-131 at least 100 times
higher than the public forecasts ever showed. In the first image,
levels of iodine-131 exceed 400 bq/m2 for a large part of the
eastern US, while the public image shows no levels of
radioactivity for the same area!
A
day later, the second image shows this poisonous radioactive
“cloud” (that was covering the eastern USA the day
prior) moving out into the Atlantic Ocean as a narrow “cloud”
ofradioactive iodine-131 (levels exceeding 400 bq/m2) simultaneously
moves on to the west coast. Meanwhile, the public forecast shows
no levels of radioactivity in the eastern USA, with levels no
more than 5 bq/m2 being shown near the coast of California!
Thirdly,
we see a “cloud” of poisonous iodine-131 covering
a huge area of north-western America, including Oregon and Washington
states in the USA as well as much of B.C. (and more) in Canada.
Once again, there is barely a hint of the slightest radioactive
iodine-131 on the public forecast, while the private forecast
shows large areas with radioactive iodine-131 clearly in excess
of 400 bq/m2!
Another
day later, it is seen that this radioactive “cloud”
of poisonous iodine-131 is still covering a huge area of northwestern
America, while another dense-looking “cloud” of
radiation appears to spearhead across the Pacific Ocean towards
the US west coast. One day and 15 hours later, that very same
“cloud” is shown moving on to the west coast with
levels of radioactive iodine-131 that are once again clearly
in excess of 400 bq/m2, yet the public forecast once more shows
almost no radioactive iodine-131 whatsoever (with levels of
about 5 bq/m2 in only a tiny area).
Meltdowns
Confirmed as Disaster Worsens
Here
is a sample of quotes from news reports over the past week that
give an extremely clear picture of the incredibly dire
situation that we are all now in relative to the out-of-control
nuclear reactors [emphasis added throughout]:
•
Last Sunday it was revealed: “The first map of ground
surface contamination within 80 kilometers of the crippled Fukushima
No. 1 nuclear power plant shows radiation levels higher in some
municipalities than those in the mandatory relocation zone around
the Chernobyl plant.” [4]
•
On the same day: “Tokyo Electric reported a sharp rise
in temperature at the nearby Reactor 3. It was at 202 degrees
Celcius early Sunday, up 40 degrees in less than a day.”
[5]
•
Also on Sunday, TEPCO and the Japanese government released a
joint statement saying: “an unusual amount of smoke that
billowed from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power reactor on
Saturday night was nothing to be concerned about.” [6]
— Do you believe one word of this after all the proven
lies from the past two months?!
•
Then on Monday this is reported: “Tetsuo Matsui at the
University of Tokyo, says the limited data from Fukushima indicates
that nuclear chain reactions must have reignited at Fuksuhima
up to 12 days after the accident.” [7]
•
Monday also sees the report of an e-mail from a Russian nuclear
physicist who is an expert on radioactive releases, who wrote:
“About Japan: the problem is that the reactor uses ‘dirty’
fuel. It is a combination of plutonium and uranium (MOX). I
suspect that the old fuel rods have bean spread out due to the
explosion and the surrounding area is contaminated with plutonium
which means you can never return to this place again. It is
like a new Tchernobyl. Personally, I am not surprised that the
authority has not informed people about this.” [8]
•
Also on Monday the cessation of testing for radioactivity in
the USA and Canada was further reported on: “some critics
felt the move was premature … ‘Throughout this and
other radiation accidents it has always turned out that more
radiation was involved than we initially thought,’ said
Ira Helfand, a co-founder of Physicians for Social Responsibility
…” [9]
•
On Tuesday, TEPCO said: “the temperature of the plant’s
Number 3 reactor has been rising this month, and that work to
pump water to cool the reactor may be insufficient.” [10]
•
Also from Tuesday: “tests yielded a maximum of 700 millisieverts
per hour, thus workers can only stay in the vicinity for around
20 minutes. … [TEPCO] will continue checking the levels
but is worried that it may need to change plans depending on
the results.” [11]
•
Extreme levels of radioactivity were also reported on Tuesday:
“140,000 becquerels of radioactive cesium-134 per cubic
centimeter, 150,000 becquerels of cesium-137, and 11,000 becquerels
of iodine-n 131.” [12] — These levels of iodine-131
are one million times higher [13] than they should be during
normal operation!
•
Further criticism of the EPA for halting their testing of radioactive
levels was also reported on Tuesday: “With the Japanese
nuclear situation still out of control and expected to continue
that way for months and with elevated radioactivity continuing
to show up in the U.S., it is inexplicable that EPA would shut
down its Fukushima radiation monitoring effort”. [14]
With
the disaster now worsening significantly by the day a story
finally appeared in the USA on Wednesday in one small (and brave)
publication, namely San Diego’s East County Magazine [emphasis
added throughout]:
Several
of our readers have asked for updates on the crisis at the Fukushima,
Japan nuclear reactors. I expected that since the story seems
to have fallen off the radar of most major media, the situation
might have stabilized.
The
truth is quite the opposite. The best site I found with reliable
updates is Energy News, a site dedicated to reporting the Fukushima
crisis with links to top news stories and videos from reputable
news agencies worldwide. High radiation levels have been found
consistently outside the official exclusion zone. Yesterday’s
headlines alone make clear that a resolution is nowhere in[sight.]
[15]
Continuing
on with the available news from the past week, here are some
more telling quotes about what isreally going on with this crisis:
•
On Wednesday evening, the Norwegian Institute for Air Research
suddenly stopped their own public forecast service relative
to radioactive fallout from Japan, initially displaying only
this terse statement on their web site:
“Thank
you for your interest in the FLEXPART products for Fukushima.
The Forecast system is no longer running.” [16]
•
However, they then updated this page on Friday with the following
statement: “We have discontinued our Flexpart forecast
of the atmospheric dispersal of radionucleides from Fukushima.
This due to the fact that we do not have access to reliable
release rates reflecting the current situation at the plant
to be used as input to our simulations. It is likely that the
release of radioactive material is significantly reduced compared
to the initial period, and that levels no longer pose a health
risk at distance from the plant.” [17] — If this
is so, why do forecasts continue appearing in an obscure folder
of their server showing levels more than 100 times greater than
the public forecasts ever showed?!
•
Meanwhile, members of the public keeping an eye on the danger-level
of the situation (for all in the northern hemisphere) collected
numerous images from Wednesday through Friday (courtesy of the
official Fukushima webcam) showing smoke/steam pouring from
reactors 2, 3 and 4 [18] [19] [20] (smoke/steam that is incredibly
radioactive, of course) — “where there is smoke,
there is fire” and in this case the “fire”
is multiple out-of-control nuclear reactors in meltdown!
•
On Thursday, even Gizmodo (the 373rd most trafficked website
in the USA) reported: “It’s Official: Fukushima
Was Hit With a Full-Blown Nuclear Meltdown” — Later,
the headline was changed to “It’s Official: Fukushima
Was Hit With a Nuclear Meltdown” [21] in an obvious attempt
to make the crisis sound less serious.
•
Also on Thursday the Associated Press released an article that
stated: “One of the reactors at Japan’s crippled
nuclear power plant has been damaged more severely than originally
thought, officials said Thursday — a serious setback for
efforts to stabilize the radiation-leaking complex.” [22]
•
The same day, the Telegraph in the UK picked up the story: “One
of the reactors at the crippled Fukushima Daiichi power plant
did suffer a nuclear meltdown, Japanese officials admitted for
the first time today, describing a pool of molten fuel at the
bottom of the reactor’s containment vessel.” [23]
•
Again on Thursday the following is reported: “water may
be leaking from a hole in the No.1 reactor at the Fukushima
Daiichi nuclear plant, causing a sharp drop in the water level
inside the reactor. … it seems parts of the fuel rods
have melted and accumulated at the bottom of the reactor.”
[24]
•
In addition, this was said: “considering the situation
with the No. 1 reactor, the water level data from reactors 2
and 3 may not be credible.” [25] — What (or who)
is actually not credible is TEPCO, who have evidently been lying
and doing their best to obfuscate the truth every day since
this disaster began!
•
Friday saw the Independent in the UK release a story saying:
“Observers fear that Reactor 3, which contains MOX plutonium
fuel, may have also suffered a meltdown, and the situation inside
Reactor 2 is still shrouded in mystery. ‘The situation
is clearly far more serious than previously reported, and could
escalate rapidly if the lava melts through the reactor vessel,’
warned Jan Beránek of Greenpeace.” [26]
•
Also on Friday it was reported: “Real severe problem cooling
Unit No. 3 reactor — Hydrogen explosion possible”.
[27]
•
In relation to the water levels inside reactors 2 and 3 another
article said: “The numbers the gauges are currently showing
are not very trustworthy.” [28] — Once again, we
know who is actually not trustworthy here and any kind of “newspeak”
cannot hide this fact.
•
Saturday (Japan time) brought this news: “A robot has
detected highly dangerous levels of radiation in the Fukushima
No. 1 nuclear power plant’s No. 3 reactor building”.
[29]
•
Also, it is reported: “TEPCO announced that it has measured
high levels of radioactive material exceeding 1000 mSv per hour”
[30] — Approximately 4–5 hours of exposure to this
level of radiation (one Sievert per hour) is sufficient to cause
death from radioactive poisoning (in most cases), with even
a single hour of exposure (one Sievert) being known to increase
the cancer risk by anywhere from 5-50%!
•
Finally, this damning evidence is revealed: “[TEPCO] concealed
data showing spikes in radiation levels at the Fukushima No.
1 nuclear power plant in March, one day before a hydrogen explosion
injured seven workers.
…
levels were well above the upper limit of 250 millisieverts
for an entire year under the plant’s safety standards
for workers. But the workers who were trying to bring the situation
under control at the plant were not informed of the levels.”
[31] — Further damning proof of the criminal and genocidal
culpability of the corporation that is significantly responsible
for the plague of radiation currently flowing around the world!
Back
on Friday, the release of a very telling article makes the seriousness
of this disaster completely clear [emphasis added throughout]:
Rod
Marining is not taking any chances. The cofounder of Greenpeace
International and part-time Sunshine coast resident was trained
in B.C. on radiation and its effects through Greenpeace. He
is also a director and member of the committee, Better Radiation
Testing in B.C.
“No
radiation is safe,” he said. “Once you start dealing
with radiation you’re going to see increases in cancer,
birth defects … it will attack your immune system and
start to wreak havoc.” [31]
Rod
Marining and his family have in fact left the west coast entirely
due to concerns over the radioactive fallout. All who are also
on the west coast (as well as in the western half of the USA
and even north America altogether) would do well to heed these
words. Each of us must gain a real appreciation of the life-threatening
nature of these highly poisonous contaminants if we are to take
the necessary steps to protect ourselves, our families, and
our local communities from the
fallout of this terrible catastrophe.

Tornadic Storms in Saint Louis Missouri on April 22, 2011 (video)

"The
radiation fallout sample was taken via a paper towel wipe of
the hood and windshield of my SUV. The sample maxed out at 0.100
mR/hr, roughly 10x background radiation. The water droplets
absorbed in the towel tended to vary in their radioactivity.
The radionuclides appeared less drawn to particulate than in
samples from previous days. Concurrently, the level of radioactivity
in this sample was mostly a function of the quantity of water
absorbed in the towel. Given that this was the third strong
storm of the day, the potential of Radon Daughter washout is
significantly reduced."

[...]
From Yomiuri Shimbun (9:15PM JST 4/23/2011):
The
Nuclear Safety Commission under the Prime Minister’s Office
disclosed on April 23 that the amount of radioactive materials
being released from the TEPCO Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant
was 154 terabecquerels per day (1 tera is 1 trillion) as late
as April 5 when the amount being released was considered stabilized.
On
April 5, the estimated amount of radioactive materials released
from Fukushima I Nuke Plant was 0.69 terabecquerels/hour for
iodine-131 and 0.14 terabecquerels/hour for cesium-137. When
the numbers were recalculated according to the INES method (converting
cesium amount into iodine equivalent), the amount released turned
out to be 6.4 terabecquerels/hour (which was 154 terabecquerels
per day. Previously, the Nuclear Safety Commission had simply
added the numbers for iodine-131 and cesium-137, and announced
it was less than 1 terrabecquerel per hour.
