This web page is concerned with three major issues:

a) False flag analysis: American nuclear facilities suffered an amazing run of "bad luck" in 2011. Worse yet, officials were way too lackadaisical and incompetent about fixing problems once they arise. All of this suggests at a minimum "LIHOP" approach, that is, a "Let It Happen On Purpose" pattern of criminal negligence and mismanagement in the U.S. nuclear industry. In fact, once you start digging, it gets even scarier and scarier. You may come to agree with Leuren Moret that it is as bad as MIHOP (Make It Happen On Purpose).

For readers who are wondering "What is all the commotion, anxiety, apprehension, and excitement about?" a good layman's introduction to this question is the transcript extract I have prepared for the 1 July 2011 Alex Jones Show. Please also see my transcript of the 27 June 2011 Jeff Rense interview with Dr. Tom Burnett on the Ft. Calhoun danger and the ongoing Fukushima catastrophe. The following is my own summary of some key points:
As of early August 2011, the nuclear plants in Nebraska at both Ft. Calhoun and Cooper had still failed to take adequate defensive measures against the prospect that upper Missouri River dams could collapse as part of a domino effect, creating a massive flood surge flood capable of swamping Nebraska's already flooded nuclear power plants. Many experts believe that the flood component of the overall threat could persist until mid-August. If the cooling systems for reactors and spent fuel storage areas were to break down for only a few hours, or if dirty Missouri water were to contaminate fuel rods (to include spent fuel rods in storage) --or if Ft. Calhoun were to get hit with a Mossad-CIA Stuxnet virus attack similar to what many researchers believe was the primary cause of the Fukushima melt-downs -- America could experience a "Fukushima on the Missouri" capable of rendering major portions of the U.S. uninhabitable for the next several hundred years.
Although Ft. Calhoun had been officially in shut down in April, two thirds of the fuel rods for "fully loaded capacity" remained in the reactor, and a nearby spent fuel rod storage building (40 feet deep into the ground, 38 feet above ground, 78 feet total in height) was filled to the brim. It holds approximately 379 tons of nuclear material. If even a fraction of any of this went into melt-down, this would release radiation that is the equivalent of thousands of Hiroshima atomic bombs, except instead of the radiation being released all at once in a fireball explosion, it would seep out over time. But no matter whether millions of Americans in the Midwest die from an atomic blast, or die within ten years from cancer from massive radiation leakages, the end result is the same over time: dead is dead.
In the month of June Ft. Calhoun suffered a number of major failures. On Tuesday, 7 June, an electrical fire and power outage caused a "catastrophic loss of cooling" for about 90 minutes for both the reactor and spent fuel rod building. The day before, on June 6th, "the Federal Administration Aviation (FAA) issued a directive banning aircraft from entering the airspace within a two-mile radius of the plant." On Sunday, 26 June, some kind of "machinery" [a backhoe, said Jeff Rense] punctured an eight foot high protective "AquaBerm." The Missouri River now surged against the walls of the reactor and storage buildings, damaging electrical systems and forcing Ft. Calhoun to rely on a backup mobile diesel power generator to maintain its cooling systems. Nuclear industry officials fretted that the Missouri could surge a few feet higher, which the Nuclear Regulator Commission claimed could cause reactor core damage. The Federal officials ordered the evacuation of everyone within ten miles. But don't worry, they said, because everything is under control.
Then in early July, Ft. Calhoun authorities manage to reinflate the rubber berm, which is not high enough to handle worst case flood scenarios. Ft. Calhoun disappeared from mainstream media news stories, despite claims by authorities that the flood threat would persist into mid-August.
I ask the reader to consider what any "reasonable man" who cares about humanity would do in a situation like this. Given even the slightest possibility of a melt-down that could destroy much of the U.S., wouldn't it make sense to bend over backwards to take extra protective measures? For example, rather keep ones fingers crossed, wouldn't it make sense to create a sandbag wall ringing the plant high enough and thick enough to handle any possible Missouri River flood surge imaginable, to include an "doomsday flood" resulting from a domino collapse of all upstream dams? Wouldn't it make sense to bring in extra pumps, generators, and other backup systems to insure that the cooling systems will stay running under all the worst scenarios imaginable?
Somehow this level of common sense foresight seems to elude nuclear industry officials. They seem quite content to rely on a portable diesel backup generator, sandbags crammed against doors within the reactor building, and an inflatable rubber berm that has already failed once that is only eight feet high.
It gets worse. Upon further research, we find that lackadaisical and irresponsible attitudes permeate the entire U.S. nuclear industry. Nuclear power plants have been built on top of dangerous faults and within flood plains using the obsolete 1950's GE Mark I design. Most nuclear power plants have lived out their design lives and are functionally obsolescent and becoming increasingly dangerous from wear and tear. 75% have dangerous leaks into the environment. Rather than deal with these realities, nuclear regulatory authorities consistently sweep problems under the rug. Among things, rather than hold to standards, they simply raise the bar on "acceptable" radiation levels, or go into denial and cover-up.
Speaking of denial at the highest levels, it is hard to find a better example than the refusal of the Obama Administration and mainstream media to warn the general public about the radiation dangers from massive plumes drifting across America in the months following the Fukushima meltdowns on 11 March 2011. Many experts claim that Fukushima has released the equivalent of over a hundred Chernobyls worth of radiation into the atmosphere. They also claim that in the 25 years following Chernobyl, radiation spread across Europe led to the "soft kill" early deaths of over a million people. The cumulative effects of Fukushima fallout, to include radioactive isotopes that get into American food and drinking water, may lead to the early "soft-kill" deaths of tens of millions of Americans through myriad diseases and ailments stimulated by accumulated radiation poisoning. Yet the Obama administration has done absolutely nothing to warn Americans to stay indoors when it rains (when most of the radiation comes down), acquire radiation measuring devices, or to show even the most minimal care about what they eat and drink. Seattle and other West Coast residents were not even informed that in April they were breathing in average of five hot particles a day compared to residents of Tokyo, who were breathing ten. "Hot particles" consist of plutonium and uranium isotopes which are extremely toxic and dramatically increase the chances of cancer once they get embedded in lungs and other body tissues. The same pattern of denial and cover-up applied with the forest fires that threatened the Los Alamos, New Mexico labs in late June. Decades of nuclear tests had contaminated the forest areas, and tens of thousands of barrels of nuclear waste were stored under tents on the lab grounds. There was no effort to measure and reveal to the public the radiation that was being released into the atmosphere by the forest fires.
Official behavior has been so criminally negligent, so deceitful, so willfully blind, and so recklessly irresponsible that one can reasonably suspect high level support for LIHOP (Let It Happen on Purpose) false flag events. In fact, as incredible as it may sound to many Americans, on this web page I document considerable evidence that there are now "psychopathic nests" at the highest levels who are ideologically predisposed towards committing (or permitting) great evils -- and are even titillated by them once they take place. In political terms, they are predisposed towards perpetrating tyranny, cruelty, and even genocide.
As one example, U.N. Agenda 21 rationalizes global depopulation measures. Many "globalists" use it to rationalize the reduction of major human populations through increased radiation exposure. Fallout is the perfect "stealth weapon" to drive up rates of sterility, miscarriages, birth defects, cancer, and myriad other diseases caused when radioactive nanoparticles get embedded in cells throughout the body.
As another example, the"re-wilding" ideology of extreme environmentalists rationalizes deliberate flooding of American cities and crop lands. Ironically, artificially retaining water at dams until it is about to overflow and then suddenly releasing it (the current policy of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) does not gently lay down silt in a manner consistent with the allegedly "more natural" pre-dam era, but instead creates such flood force that it destroys valuable top soil and creates disfiguring gullies. Hence, this current policy is actually less "natural" than an intelligently operated dam system. On top of this, it exposes America to possible melt-downs by nuclear power plants and fuel rod storage facilities that have very stupidly been located in flood plains. Poisoning America's heartland with radioactive plutonium, cesium, iodide, and myriad other extremely dangerous isotopes hardly does the environment a favor.
The "re-wilding" ideology is often sheep's clothing for "disaster capitalist" wolves such as George Soros and other Rothschild confederates -- who have in fact been buying up flood-impacted farmland in America's disaster areas with both fists through proxy companies. This is hardly "natural" either, since "disaster capitalist" ideology is typically based on the "fallacy of the broken window" line of economic reasoning. It is only "natural" to the extent that it is a criminal-parasitic rather than a productive approach to economics, and yes, little Virginia, parasites are actually fairly common on Wall Street as well as in nature.
Last, but not least, nuclear weapons tests and nuclear plants have been massively poisoning the U.S. population for decades prior to the 2011 U.S. nuclear facility crisis episodes discussed in some detail on this web page. Please read the free online ebook Secret Fallout: Low-Level Radiation From Hiroshima to Three-Mile Island by Dr. Ernest Sternglass, (1972 and 1982). The horrifying effects on the general U.S. population from "fission products," which include reduced IQ's and increased birth defects, cancers, and other ailments has been continually covered up. Combine this evil with the deliberate contamination of hundreds of thousands of U.S. troops and millions of innocent civilians with depleted uranium since 1990, and an extremely monstrous picture emerges.
Things are rotten on all levels of American society, from the very bottom to the very top. All of this raises even more troubling and deeper sociological questions. Given major changes in values and demographics in American society in recent decades, one can only begin to wonder how many fellow U.S. citizens can be trusted to run something as dangerous as nuclear power pants -- which are essentially "slow motion atomic bombs" or "dirty nuclear bombs waiting to happen." Can a country that is incapable of controlling its debt, of preventing its strategic industries from being exported abroad, of protecting veterans from DU poisoning, of preventing an unconstitutional illegal alien candidate from becoming president, of stopping the hijacking of its foreign policy by Israel, of guarding its borders from massive illegal Third World immigration, and of avoiding myriad other symptoms of total dysfunction, irrationality be trusted to run anything that is this dangerous?
Even worse than all of this is the constant threat of a bogus terrorist attack or sabotage by a major intelligence agency such as Mossad, CIA, or MI6, or all working together, As documented in my Mission of Conscience series, they are the likely malefactors behind New York and Washington D.C. 9/11, Madrid 3-11, London 7-7, and many other false flag attacks. A dangerous "natural disaster" situation provides "plausible deniability" for saboteurs. Many researchers believe that a Stuxnet attack was the real reason for the Fukushima melt-downs, even though it has been blamed by mainstream media and politically correct officialdom on an earthquake, a tsunami, and a problem starting backup power generators..
Perhaps fixing these America's problems on a deeper social and political level is necessary pre-requisite before achieving real solutions to America's others problems -- to include its nuclear industry -- become feasible.

b) Operations analysis: We need to collect and suspicious indicators regarding not only Ft. Calhoun-related events, but other nuclear reactors around the country.

A large percentage of American nuclear reactors have aged beyond their original design lives, and authorities are often sweeping problems under the rug. On top of this, mainstream media often engage in distortion and cover-up. This puts an extra burden on us to collect a lot of reports from different sources to piece together what it really going on.
Many experts claim that given the sad state of America's nuclear industry, it is not a question of "if" but when America will experience its own Fukushima unless strenuous efforts are made now to fix the real underlying problems.

c) Citizen Activism: Unfortunately government cover-ups, intelligence agency sabotage, nuclear industry greed, national media suppression, and malevolent special interest group agendas continue to aggravate existing problems and create new ones rather than provide solutions. The burden falls on the shoulders of grass roots citizen activism to overcome nuclear crises.

People around the world are suffering rising background radiation levels from many different sources. They include radiation released from military weapons tests as well as depleted uranium warheads exploded on battlefields and in training exercises. They also include not only catastrophic melt-downs at places like Chernobyl and Fukushima, but also steady leaks from the day-to-day operations of nuclear plants around the world, to include the U.S. and U.K.
All these things are causing rates of sterility, cancer, diabetes, and other diseases to steadily rise around the world. Leuren Moret, Dr. Doug Rokke, and other radiation experts warn us that this can not go on forever. If permitted to continue unabated, the ultimate end game is a dead planet.
As a final note, I often like to use a "forum" approach for presenting information by drawing upon people with a wide variety of views and backgrounds. However, please be aware that Mossad-CIA has compromised a number of sources listed on this page and causes them to engage in "limited hangout" and "disinformation," even though most of what they say is true. Therefore, please look at many sources to form your opinion. I personally believe that the most reliable sources have been Leuren Moret and Dr. Chris Busby in terms of honestly stating the full nature and magnitude of nuclear threats.

Overview of False Flag Characteristics

• False flag operations typically reflect major geopolitical interests covertly at war with their own host society or other countries.

Editor's Note: I have already covered broad geopolitical motivations by malevolent globalists in some detail in my BP-Disaster and Fukushima Crisis web pages. I have also provided a deeper analysis on the sociological and historical background of many of these malefactors in the "parasitism" section of my Mutualism vs. Parasitism article, and Chapter 5 of my Mission of Conscience series "Profiling the Opposing Forces Commander..." These same globalists are also very much in control of the American nuclear power industry, and have almost identical motivations and modus operandi as outlined in the aforementioned references.
It is important to note that ever since private central bankers created the Federal Reserve System in 1913, they lit the fuse on an unsustainable financial system. The created a system that depends on ever expanding amounts of fractional reserve lending, fiat money creation, and payoffs of top political leaders by alien interests, as explained in Chapter 33 of my Mission of Conscience series. Melt-downs in the nuclear industry are helping to divert attention away from major forms of financial and economic meltdown in America, many of which are accelerating rapidly.
The following is a brief overview of three primary reasons why power elites have pushed nuclear power systems even though on balance these systems are generally bad for the public welfare.

* "Atoms for Peace" public relations (PR) cover for a NOT-cost effective industry that produces nuclear weapons material and supports international intrigues.
Although the nuclear power industry was sold to the public in the 1950's as a "technological wave of the future," in which nuclear power would constitute the "too cheap to meter" lowest cost form of energy, the underlying reality has been the opposite. The Achilles Heel of the nuclear industry is based on the fact that nuclear materials are extremely toxic and dangerous. Once one factors in the total costs to society of trying to mine, manufacture, utilize, safeguard, and then store (in waste form) nuclear materials --and top of all this handle nuclear-related casualties -- it turns out that the nuclear power industry is the most expensive and the most dangerous form of energy. Or, as Albert Einstein once put it, "Nuclear power is one hell of a way to boil water." Therefore, official rationales stating economic benefits for the nuclear power industry are usually lies, but political establishments around the world nevertheless feel a vested interest in perpetuating these lies. A major motivation for maintaining this deception is that a system of nuclear power plants provides the economic and technological infrastructure -- as well as an "atoms for peace" public relations "cover" -- to covertly process materials necessary for nuclear weapons and serve other alleged "vital national defense" needs. The nuclear industry is really not an "industry" within the conventional meaning of a free enterprise system with a free press, but rather a heavily subsidized arm of government policy that is also heavily subsidized on an informational level through censorship and propaganda.
Not surprisingly, the nuclear industry has always been a major hotbed for espionage and other nuclear materials-related intrigues, a point I will document in greater detail later.

* "Hard greed" profit-seeking and "soft greed" mission creep.
Without adequate checks and safeguards, government subsidized programs, bureaucracies, and other specially-privileged interests tend to take on a life of their own, grow like cancers, and turn "official lies" into articles of faith in secular cult religions.
The longstanding existence of a nuclear power industry and nuclear-dependent "military-industrial complex" has now created a vast constituency of individuals willing to do virtually anything to protect their steady paychecks from nuclear-related jobs, to include lying to themselves, acting willfully blind to evidence of lies, tolerating evil, and engaging in the lowest forms of partisan politics.
A classic work which explains how unrestrained bureaucracies tend to grow like cancers and can ultimately start exerting the opposite influence on society than what was originally intended (or at least for public consumption) is Why Government Doesn't Work (pdf) by Harry Browne.
Special interests can become particularly dangerous when they practice "the best defense is a good offence" and promote self-serving lies as "The Gospel Truth." As one example, the military-industrial complex started to aggressively use Depleted Uranium as munitions in the 1990-1991 Persian Gulf War, even though military planners have conceptualized DU as a "soft kill" radiation weapon since 1943. Many DU experts believe that the adverse effects of DU nanoparticle absorption and its ability exacerbate myriad diseases and forms of dysfunction has led to led to over 600,000 U.S. servicemen filing for permanent disability since Persian Gulf War I, and has caused the deaths or permanent incapacitation of millions of civilians in Iraq, Afghanistan, and neighboring countries. Despite all of this, there are still many highly ranked individuals within the military-industrial complex who not only deny the ill effects of DU, but actively promote its use.
Nuclear industry officials can also become dangerous when they practice "bigmanship." In other words, they try to gain prestige, profits, and favors by spreading nuclear facilities to foreign countries which clearly lack the social, economic, and political stability to handle the dangers.

* Nuclear power plants can serve as "pre-positioned dirty nuclear bombs waiting to happen" for such purposes as population reduction, revenge, and extortion.

The melt-down of numerous nuclear plants through various forms of sabotage is the equivalent of getting hit by a massive ICBM strike, it is just that radiation leaks take longer to kill large numbers of people than explosive nuclear devices, but the end result after a couple of decades can be very similar.
There are many different kinds of motivations for why globalists may want to set up nuclear power plants for potential meltdowns or major leakage.

a) They may be pursuing a deliberate global depopulation program. Radiation poisoning is an ideal"stealth weapon" to drive up rates of sterility, miscarriages, and infant mortality without necessarily stirring up an open public rebellion.

b) They may wish to use radiation to distract or weaken a host population while they simultaneously seek to undermine it by many other means.

To fully comprehend the sinister context of radiation exposure, one needs to also understand how this is only one component of a multi-pronged arsenal of "soft kill" weaponry. On the physical side, in addition to being exposed to radiation from nuclear power plants around the world and depleted uranium nanoparticles in the atmosphere, Americans are also being hit with the hazards of artificial food shortages, genetically modified food, dangerous chemicals in vaccines, unhealthy food additives, chemtrail toxins,. hazardous and unnecessary scanners at airports, and harmful levels of electromagnetic radiation from CT scans, cell phones and other devices.
On the psychological side, Americans are being continually lied to by controlled mainstream media.
On the economic side, globalists have stripped away most of America's industrial base in the last few decades, many of their best jobs have been outsourced, and personal, corporate, and government debt has skyrocketed on all levels.
On the governmental side, globalists continually make unconstitutional grabs for power and conduct illegal infringements on basic rights. In regard to the Ft. Calhoun and Missouri River flood crisis, one can discern behind the "re-wilding", "rural council," and "disaster capitalist" schemes a clear attempt to exploit, emasculate, and impoverish rural areas and centralize economic and political power with plutocratic interests and the federal government.

c) They may seek revenge or gratification of an urge for nihilistic, spiteful, or bloodthirsty destruction.
The leading globalists, who are led by the Rothschilds and other Jewish plutocrats, are typically motivated by racial hatred and ethnic envy towards host populations. One example involves the "Samson Option" doctrine pronounced by Israeli leaders. Despite the fact that Israel has received more foreign aid and charity per capita than any other country in the world, this has not stopped Israel's leaders from stating that if Israel goes down, they are prepared to take the whole world down with them, to include innocent peoples everywhere. Despite the fact that the United States has done more for Israel and the Jewish people than any other country in history, this has not stopped Israelis from attacking Americans in such underhanded incidents as the Lavon Affair in 1954, the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963, or the deliberate attempt to sink the U.S.S. Liberty in 1967 , the attack on the World Trade Center towers or Pentagon on 9/11, or engaging in myriad other criminal-parasitic outrages towards their benefactors. The historical track record of their tribesmen for bloodlust is breathtaking, ranging from the mass murder of tens of millions of Russians under Jewish Bolshevism, to the alleged massacre of 75,000 Persians celebrated in annual Purim observances by munching on "Haman body parts."

d ) They deliberately create nuclear industry vulnerabilities for such purposes as espionage, theft, blackmail and extortion.
Just as Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street bankers threatened Congress with a martial law if they did not pony up trillions to bail out the bankers in October 2008, similarly potential saboteurs can deliver an ultimatum that if certain U.S. authorities do not meet their demands, they will sabotage enough nuclear facilities which will spew out enough radiation to kill millions of Americans.

"...The price tag for disaster. Insurance, too, is a problem hiding in plain sight. Under the Price Anderson Act, Congress has limited the liability of the whole nuclear industry to about $12 billion per accident. Yet, according to a 1997 Brookhaven National Laboratory study PDF done for the NRC , the worst-case spent fuel pool accident in a densely populated area would result in about 140,000 excess cancer deaths and $540 billion in damages (roughly $700 billion in 2010 dollars). The US government has promised to assume the rest of the liability, though there is no practical legislative provision for it.
Of course, no private insurance company or even consortium of insurance companies would shoulder the fearsome liabilities arising from severe nuclear accidents. Governments seem to want to go where insurance companies fear to tread. An interesting form of capitalism seems to be at work: privatize profits and socialize liabilities. It will be some time before all the damage and liabilities arising from the Fukushima accident can be tallied, but there is no doubt that $12 billion is a pitifully small amount in the face of the losses, dislocation, and damage -- not only in Japan, but globally.
Nuclear power and nuclear bombs. Clearly, nuclear power is different from fossil fuels in that it has low carbon emissions (and, in principle, in an all-nuclear economy, none). But nuclear power is also different from fossil fuels in a far more sinister way: Nuclear fission is the only energy source that can be used to hide a nuclear weapon infrastructure.
In contemplating US participation in a nuclear weapons convention, J. Robert Oppenheimer wrote in 1946: "We know very well what we would do if we signed such a convention: we would not make atomic weapons, at least not to start with, but we would build enormous plants, and we would call them power plants. … We would design these plants in such a way that they could be converted with the maximum ease and the minimum time delay to the production of atomic weapons." More recently, Mohammed ElBaradei, former head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said of the rush (PDF) to nuclear power by a number of countries: `You don't really even need to have a nuclear weapon. It's enough to buy yourself an insurance policy by developing the capability and then sit on it. Let's not kid ourselves: 90 percent of it is insurance, a deterrence.'"
2008-07-24/25 One of the NRC's nuclear industry "infiltrators" responds to op-ed, (subscription link at waynemadsenreport.com)
"This editor recently penned an op-ed for McClatchy on why nuclear power is not an acceptable alternative to fossil fuels for the United States. The op-ed appeared in a number of newspapers, including the Grand Forks Herald. The op-ed follows, along with a response in the Grand Forks Herald from a public affairs officer for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), championing the "safety record" of America's nuclear power plants, including, unbelievably, Three Mile Island. One of the hallmarks of the Bush regime will be how it turned over the U.S. government's regulatory agencies over to the industries they regulate: the NRC, the FCC, FDA, EPA, and the list goes on. The NRC public relations officer should also realize that the Pale Verde nuclear plant is in Wintersberg, Arizona, not in Nevada. That bit of information might come in handy for the NRC the next time there is a "non-public safety"-connected incident at the nuclear power plant."

WASHINGTON — America's twin crises of sky-rocketing energy costs and catastrophic climate change effects shouldn't be a convenient excuse to push nuclear power as a viable replacement for coal, oil and natural gas power-generating plants.
The nuclear disaster at the Soviet Union's Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1986 and the near-disaster at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania in 1979 are reasons enough to strike nuclear power from the list of acceptable non-fossil and carbon energy sources.
The nuclear power industry has done little to nothing to improve the safety records of their plants. Just recently, Vermont's Yankee nuclear power plant, owned by Entergy, experienced a cooling problem that forced it to shut down 50 percent of its power production. That shutdown came after repeated safety violations by the plant and a lack of adequate safety inspections.
The same scenario has played out across the country due to the infiltration of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by nuclear industry boosters and lawyers who have spiked and censored nuclear safety reports by the NRC's technical staff to favor the profits of the nuclear power plant operators over public safety interests.
In 2002, a hole due to corrosion developed in the reactor lid of the Davis-Besse nuclear plant in northwestern Ohio. The plant's operator, FirstEnergy Corp., and the NRC agreed that the reactor lid could have blown open in 60 days had the hole not been discovered.
The near-catastrophe at the Davis-Besse reactor could have rivaled that of Three Mile Island and the impact on Cleveland and other northern Ohio cities and towns could have been disastrous.
The poor nuclear safety record of America's nuclear power plant operators, especially during the laissez-faire regulatory holiday of the Bush administration, has not stopped GOP presumptive presidential candidate John McCain from waving the nuclear flag.
In 2004, the Palo Verde nuclear plant, 50 miles west of Phoenix, saw two of three units shut down due to radiation leaks from aging equipment. The NRC saw fit to approve continued operation of the faltering plant. In addition, radioactive water was found to have leaked into ground water around Palo Verde. Similar leaks into the water supply have been discovered at the Braidwood nuclear power plant near Chicago. The Union of Concerned Scientists' call for a major investigation of such leaks was ignored.
Nuclear power generation also generates nuclear waste. Currently, there are 55,000 metric tons of spent nuclear fuel in storage depots around the country awaiting transport through America's cities and small towns to a storage facility in Yucca Mountain in Nevada - despite the opposition of an overwhelming majority of Nevadans.
Nuclear power proponents argue that nuclear energy is a renewable energy source like solar, wind, bio-fuels and hydrogen. However, nuclear energy is neither renewable nor "green." From the uranium mining, processing, conversion and reprocessing phases, as well as spent nuclear fuel disposal, the impact on the environment in the event of an accident can last for hundreds of thousands of years.
The safety of the people of Vermont, northern Ohio, Arizona, Chicago and other parts of the country should not be negotiable by the nuclear power industry lobbyists who roam the halls of Congress.
Germany has nixed the future development of its nuclear power industry and a recent uranium leak into the water supply from a nuclear power plant near Avignon in southern France has all of Europe rethinking nuclear power.
Our Congress should follow the lead of Germany and permanently ban new nuclear power plant construction.

...and supporting international intrigues

Israel has always been intimately involved with U.S. nuclear plants, since they provide the infrastructure for the manufacture of atomic bombs, a top priority of Israel policy documented in Michael Collins Piper's book The Golem.
The Mossad capability to sabotage any American nuclear facility at any time is very intimidating for American politicians, which along with AIPAC funding, is just one more way that Israel controls the U.S. Congress. Since every nuclear power plant is essentially a "slow motion atomic bomb" or "dirty nuclear bomb waiting to happen," Mossad sabotage could conceivably release more radiation across America than a massive Russian ICBM strike. Please see my Fukushima page for strong evidence that Mossad-CIA's Stuxnet virus was the key factor behind the nuclear power plant dysfunctions that led to the Fukushima melt-downs, which in turn has released so much radiation that the upper third of Japan is likely to be uninhabitable for decades, if not centuries, and a large proportion of the Japanese population has already been effectively "soft-killed." Tens of millions of Japanese will likely be dead within five to ten years from cancers and myriad other ailments stimulated by radiation poisoning. Since massive radiation plumes have been crossing America, it is possible that millions of Americans are marked for early deaths as well. According to many radiation experts, Chernobyl caused the early deaths of over a million Europeans in a twenty five period, and Fukushima is expected to release more than 100 times the radiation of Chernobyl into the atmosphere, oceans, and ground water.
Final Judgment by Michael Collins Piper makes the case that a prime motivation for the Mossad-CIA murder of John F. Kennedy is that he wanted to interdict the joint covert atomic bomb development program that the Israelis were conducting with the Red Chinese. Once Lyndon Johnson replaced Kennedy (many believe that Johnson was a crypto-Jew), Israel got everything it needed from the U.S. to build its first atomic bombs.

The September 2001 update by former U.S. Navy intelligence officer Wayne Madsen on the Carnaby case presents a less than glowing account of the ability of the U.S. Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission to protect America's most vital national interests and the public safety:

September 20-21, 2011 -- Israel's nuclear smuggling network was key element in Carnaby murder in Houston

Israel, working with deeply-embedded intelligence moles in the United States, including within the U.S. government and "off-the-books" intelligence front companies, has been pilfering spent U.S. nuclear fuel from American nuclear arms caches at a phenomenal rate over the last several years. U.S. and foreign intelligence sources have confirmed that much of the nuclear fuel has been shipped to Israel and other locations via the port of Houston.
The illegal smuggling of spent highly-enriched uranium (HEU) and plutonium fuel from U.S. nuclear weapons facilities is the same outbound Houston shipping pipeline used by Bush-influenced Carlyle Group and the firm's front companies in Spain and France to ship precursor nerve gas chemicals to Saddam Hussein's Iraq in the 1980s, according to one Pentagon intelligence source.
The nuclear smuggling is a major back story to a September 8 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report titled "Nuclear Nonproliferation: U.S. Agencies Have Limited Ability to Account for, Monitor, and Evaluate the Security of U.S. Nuclear Material Overseas." The most serious finding in the GAO report states:

"DOE [Department of Energy], NRC [Nuclear Regulatory Commission], and State are not able to fully account for U.S. nuclear material overseas that is subject to nuclear cooperation agreement terms because the agreements do not stipulate systematic reporting of such information, and there is no U.S. policy to pursue or obtain such information. U.S. nuclear cooperation agreements generally require that partners report inventory information upon request, however, DOE and NRC have not systematically sought such data. DOE and NRC do not have a comprehensive, detailed, current inventory of U.S. nuclear material--including weapon-usable material such as highly enriched uranium (HEU) and separated plutonium--overseas that includes the country, facility, and quantity of material. In addition, NRC and DOE could not fully account for the current location and disposition of U.S. HEU overseas in response to a 1992 congressional mandate. U.S. agencies, in a 1993 report produced in response to the mandate, were able to verify the location of 1,160 kilograms out of 17,500 kilograms of U.S. HEU estimated to have been exported. DOE, NRC, and State have established annual inventory reconciliations with five U.S. partners, but not the others it has transferred material to or trades with."

Leuren Moret: Well, it is very interesting. Dr. Steven Chu, who is a Chinese America, was at Stanford University doing research on alternative energy, solar energy, I believe, technologies. And he won the Nobel Prize and was suddenly moved, almost immediately, to the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, which is a Department of Energy facility that has been turned over to the University of California. And as soon as he became director, he was only a director for a couple of years, BP gave Dr. Chu half a billion dollars to develop the Helios Project which is a research village or a research park conducting research on energy for BP. Of course the American people are going to end up paying for a lot for the cost of that research. And BP will be the beneficiary of that research. But as soon as Obama came into office, Dr. Steven Chu was appointed director of the Department of Energy. And he immediately hired or appointed Dr. Steven E. Koonin, his under secretary for science, and Koonin is a former British Petroleum scientist. But he was also a JASON, which as I mentioned are the successors to the Manhattan Project scientists, and they are the ones who developed HAARP. He is very interested, and has done research and is interested in the global environmental science, in astro physics, and he is a physicist. So HAARP is his sand box, if you want to put it that way. Now they together, Dr. Steven Chu and Dr. Steven Koonin oversaw the British Petroleum disaster in the Gulf. And they stood back and did nothing. They allowed the total poisoning of the Gulf with Corexit, which was a chemical -- a very dangerous chemical -- that makes the oil sink into the ocean so that people will not see it floating on the surface. They have also been overseeing the Fukushima disaster. Now I also know Chu and Koonin are eliminating alternative forms of power such as coal. Chu is in the process of dismantling the coal industry. The London bankers own all of the oil companies now, and they want to eliminate competitors. Some other interesting aspects of Dr. Koonin are that he was at Cal Tech. He hired one third of the scientists there now on the faculty, the professorial faculty while he was the provost of Cal Tech. And he was the chief scientist of BP between 2004 and 2009. He was also very involved in playing a central role in establishing the Helios Project which is the energy biosciences institute at the University of California, but listen to this, he was also on the Trilateral Commission which involves Japan, and he is on the Council of Foreign Relations now, so he is clearly a CIA scientist through and through with ties to the City of London. And that would be BP. The Queen of England owns British Petroleum.

Both Leuren Moret and Wayne Madsen have provided strong evidence that the 3-11-2011 Fukushima meltdowns were ultimately caused by the Stuxnet virus inserted by Mossad operatives who worked with Israeli security firms that guarded Japanese nuclear plants. In her 18 July 2011 interview with Dr. James Fetzer titled "Fukushima and the Global Danger," Ms. Moret explained how the Stuxnet virus was originally developed by the CIA and then shared with Israel's Mossad. In addition, in her interview with Dr. Fetzer she also explained how the U.S. Department of Energy has aided and abetted the Mossad nuclear sabotage, and even inhibited the ability of Americans to know about and defend themselves from radioactive clouds blowing over them from Japan.

Leuren Moret: ...Now we can't get [data on] infant mortality increases in the contaminated areas of Japan -- actually the whole country is [contaminated], because the U.S. and the Department of Energy and Dr. Steven Chu and Dr. Koonan are controlling the emergency response and they are controlling what TEPCO does. And the documents that are being released jointly in Japan by the Japanese government and the U.S. government -- actually a friend of mine hacked one of the maps of contamination in northern Japan and underneath the top layer was the map, was the same map, but it said "The Department of Energy." So it is the Department of Energy that is coming up with the maps, the numbers, measuring --
Dr. Fetzer: That is the U.S. Department of Energy?
L. Moret: The U.S. Department of Energy is running the whole thing.
Dr. Fetzer: And it appears to me a cover-up, right? A massive suffocation of real information about what is going on.
L. Moret: Oh it is the biggest cover-up about the most serious nuclear issue that has ever happened in the history of the world. And it will certainly contribute to a major extinction. A genocide of, oh, many, many people in the northern hemisphere. But the radiation two weeks after explosions was already reported plutonium in Australian fish, and I think it was plutonium in Columbia in South America, so it -- radiation is different. It respects no borders, it respects no socioeconomic class, and it respects no religion. It is an equal opportunity killer. And it is killing the babies first. The babies are the first ones almost immediately to die, even within a day of exposure.
Dr. Fetzer: Within a day of exposure. They are like canaries in the coal mine.
L. Moret: That's right.

Treason by leaders of America's nuclear industry is an old story. Many have even embraced social and political ideologies that are fundamentally hostile to the American national interest and even the American way of life. In a Mises Institute lecture, Russian historian Yuri N. Maltsev described how Robert Oppenheimer, a key Jewish leader of the Manhattan Project, told Soviet intelligence agents that while he would not personally spy for the Soviets, he would gladly hire anyone they recommended to him to be his assistant. The Russians knew everything that was going on, which was one reason why Stalin did not act particularly surprised when Truman first announced to him that the U.S. had the atomic bomb, and why the Soviets were able to explode their own bomb so soon thereafter. After Venona Project documents were declassified, they revealed that Communist infiltration of the highest levels of the U.S. government was actually much worse than charged by Senator Joe McCarthy.
In her archived MP3 interviews, Leuren Moret has described her experiences working with Marion Fulk "Father of the H-Bomb" at the Lawrence Livermore Labs in Berkeley California, who in turn was intimately involved with the Jewish physicist Edward Teller in building nuclear weapons. According to Moret, Teller was not only a key inspiration for the fictional film character "Dr. Strangelove," but was also a man of very questionable character who was despised by his associates at Livermore. (Some sources on the Internet, such as a Jewish lady named Pamela Schuffert, go so far as to accuse Edward Teller of being a hardcore Sabbatean Satanist, to include involvement with child sacrifices).
Teller played a key role in planning America's nuclear facility policy in the 1950's, to include building nuclear reactors over some of the most active fault zones in America on the West Coast and in some of the worst flood zones in the Midwest, combined with utilizing the General Electric Mark I design which stores spent fuel rods over reactors. (From a nuclear safety viewpoint, this is comparable in ones own personal life at home to storing cans filled with gasoline in a cabinet over ones kitchen stove).
In the following segment from her 3 Feb 2008 interview The Hidden Purpose For Using DU with Dr. Winn Parker, Ms. Moret how Teller was a key influence behind the fluoride poisoning of America's public drinking water -- and chemtrail polution of America's skies:

Leuren Moret: Well, when you mine uranium -- extract uranium metal -- you get a ratio of three isotopes of uranium which is constant throughout the universe and this is because they have different half lives. And so the only isotope that bomb-makers and nuclear power plant people are interested in is Uranium 235. But that is only .72 percent -- less than one percent -- of all the metal that you extract from the ore. And so 99.3% of the uranium metal that is extracted is depleted uranium once you remove half a percent of the U-235. And so most of what is thrown away or discarded or is not useful is uranium 238. That makes up 99.5% of the uranium that is not useful. And it has a half-life of 4.5 billion years, the age of the earth. And so the Department of Energy has [or had] over a million tons of depleted uranium stored as uranium hexafluoride gas, which is how the uranium 235 is extracted from the mass of uranium. And Edward Teller said, "What are we going to do with all of this fluoride, it is horribly neurotoxive, and it is also very corrosive. So what he devised was the chemtrail program and the drinking water program. So they converted the uranium hexafluoride gas into solid uranium -- depleted uranium -- and fluoride. And the fluoride was dumped in the drinking water of America, because "dilution was the solution" to the DOE pollution from fluoride. And there was never anything, any real benefit meant for the public. The fluoride actually in the mouth in toothpaste kills the bacteria. And so it does cut back on tooth decay, but the fluoride gets into the structure of the teeth and actually weakens the phosphate structure...
... The fluoride escapes from drinking water supplies, reservoirs and so forth into the atmosphere and it started screwing up atmospheric processes and the proper transmission of electromagnetic frequencies. And so Edward Teller and the nuclear weapons lab had to do something about that. And so they started flying planes, military and secretly commercial planes through the air across America releasing chemical trails. They were aluminum and barium particulates which reacted with the fluoride and neutralized it in the atmosphere. Now what has happened since then is chemtrails are now being used for a different purpose, and that is to serve as electromagnetic frequency mirrors in the sky for HAARP transmission. HAARP is the High [Frequency Active] Auroral Research Project, which is three very large ground array antennae systems around the Arctic Circle. The University of California has been involved with developing all kinds of weapons of mass destruction. Actually the weapon of mass destruction contractor for Wall Street Bankers and the City of London bankers, and this large antennae around the Arctic Circle is being used to modify weather, trigger tectonic warfare, and also for global mind control.

Ms. Moret also describes the global depopulation agenda promoted by plutocratic elites who include the Queen of England (who like most top British aristocrats is part Jewish) who owns controlling interests in major uranium mining operations and nuclear industries around the world. Radiation is the perfect way to stealthily drive up sterility and die off rates. Also, because radiation poisoning is manifested in myriad diseases in addition to bolstering cancer rates, it is the perfect "soft kill" weapon to weaken and reduce human populations over time.

Leuren Moret: Well, let me just read to you a statement from National Security Memo 200, April 24, 1974. The title of this memo is "Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests." This is from a paper that I have written. "Depopulation," this is not the memos, it is the intro, "Depopulation through a continuous covert global nuclear war has been waged against citizens, paid for by citizens through taxation, and privatized and secretly implemented by the global ruling elite. From 62 years of depleted uranium wars alone, global public health has been devastated by large increases in death rates," and Winn, that is what you are talking about in England. They are increasing the death rates and chronic disease, and decreasing the birth rates, because radiation causes infertility, both evident in the vital statistics of many countries since 1945. And I have gone to lots of countries and collected data and it is in the vital statistics of Japan, the U.S., and many other countries. This is about Henry Kissinger and depopulation. Quote, from the National Security Memo 200: "Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the National Security Council that `Depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.'" He quoted reasons of national security and because the U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries. Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospect for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies, and the economic interests of the U.S.

Elsewhere in her interview with Dr. Parker, Ms. Moret noted that the U.S. population has been targeted for depopulation along with the Third World. Therefore, America's shadow rulers may not be overly concerned if Americans get showered with radiation from melt-downs, whether at home or abroad.
Even though the effects of depleted uranium were well known as early as 1943 -- and even suggested for "dirty bomb" attack concepts, Moret argues that the Zionist power elite made a conscious decision to commence gratuitous use of depleted uranium by the U.S. military and other armed forces around the world beginning with Persian Gulf War I in 1990. Now DU contaminates training ranges across the U.S. and battlefields across Europe and Asia, and has incapacitated hundreds of thousands of U.S. veterans, not to mention millions of people in the Mideast and central Asia. Moret has collected considerable data which demonstrate that the globalists are succeeding in driving up sterility rates around the world as background radiation levels around the planet continue to rise.

"The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, revealed on "Meet the Press" on August 1 that the United States has on the table a military strike plan for Iran and strongly indicated that the Obama administration is prepared to use force to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.
However, the United States was not always so bellicose when a regime with which it had strategic and political links had secretly developed a nuclear weapons capacity.
After the fall of successive right-wing Argentine military regimes in 1983, the CIA revealed in a Secret report that Argentina stood on the brink of obtaining a nuclear weapon by the end of 1984. The Nixon, Ford, and Reagan administrations, which, respectively, backed a series of Argentine right-wing presidents and dictators, including Alejandro Lanusse, Juan Peron, Isabel Martinez de Peron, Jorge Videla, Roberto Viola, Leopoldo Galtieri, and Reynaldo Bignone, before Raul Alfonsin became the president of the center-left government in 1983, stood by idly as Argentina pursued nuclear weapons. WMR has learned from a knowledgeable source that Pakistani nuclear scientist A. Q. Khan, recently released from four years of house arrest in Pakistan, is back in the nuclear proliferation business. Khan and his associates allegedly paid $2 billion to the government of Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari to have Khan, the "father of the Pakistani nuclear bomb," released from his house arrest...
Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair recently told the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) that "there are restrictions on him [Khan' imposed by the [Zardari] government."
Blair testified that Khan is now unconnected with his old nuclear proliferation network. WMR has been told by a source who works within the nuclear intelligence community that Blair was far from being truthful and, in fact, Khan has re-established the Khan network. Furthermore, in addition to Iran, North Korea, Libya, and Saudi Arabia having been part of the original Khan network, along with Turkey and Israel as middlemen, WMR has learned that another silent partner was the People's Republic of China. WMR has previously reported that Saudi Arabia was another recipient of Khan nuclear secrets but that the connection was suppressed by U.S. intelligence so as to not offend the Saudis, believed to be strong allies in America's "global war on terrorism."
The Press Trust of India recently revealed that Khan's network also included Japan, where a Tokyo company called Western Trading procured missile nose cones for Khan as early as 1980.
When Representative Anna Eshoo (D-CA) asked Blair whether Khan still posed a nuclear proliferation threat, Blair said he could only answer that question in a closed and classified session.
Oddly, the Bush administration waited until its last month in office to impose sanctions on Khan and members of his network. Former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers said that when the Dutch intelligence service discovered that Khan was stealing nuclear secrets while employed by URENCO in Almelo in the Netherlands, the CIA pressured the Dutch to back off arresting Khan on at least two occasions.
China's role in the Khan network has been downplayed by U.S. intelligence. Among the nuclear design documents discovered by the United States in Libya were exact duplicates of those from Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico that had been translated into Chinese. The Obama administration has signaled that it wants to transfer control of the nation's nuclear laboratories from the Department of Energy to the Department of Defense. The reasons are said to be for enhanced security. However, the Energy Department's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), responsible for protecting the nation's nuclear secrets, has been woefully unfunded and the Obama administration is pushing the entire U.S. nuclear weapons program to the Pentagon, which has repeatedly flunked nuclear surety inspections at a number of Air Force bases, including Minot, Malmstrom, and F. E. Warren.
The current counter-intelligence security budget at Los Alamos is estimated as $115 per year per foreign national present in the area of the laboratory. The H1/B1 guest worker visa program, WMR is told, was the number one method by which the Chinese and the A. Q. Khan network were able to gather so many American nuclear secrets. The program, WMR is told, was pushed in the early-to-mid 1990s by Microsoft founder Bill Gates, with the blessing of his friend Warren Buffett and the lobbying efforts of Preston Gates law firm lobbyist Jack Abramoff. The Washington Post has been a major proponent of the H1/B1 visa program primarily because Bill Gates' wife, Melinda, and Buffett sit on the Washington Post company's board of directors. The nuclear security problem arising from the introduction of a large number of nuclear physicists and other scientists via the H1/Bi program has largely been downplayed by the Post as a result..."

WMR previously reported that Urs Tinner is a suspected CIA agent who likely worked with Valerie Plame Wilson's Brewster Jennings & Associates non-official cover firm.
Khan now claims he was coerced by the Pervez Musharraf government, acting under pressure from the Bush administration, to make his confession. On May 31, 2006, WMR reported: "the Swiss Federal Prosecutor's Office has complained to the United States that the Bush administration has failed to cooperate with Switzerland's efforts to track the A Q Khan nuclear proliferation network. The Bush administration's multiple refusals to assist Switzerland in probing the Khan network, which was a major target of the CIA's Counter-Proliferation Division, Brewster Jennings Associates, and Valerie Plame Wilson, was revealed by former UN weapons inspector David Albright. Switzerland arrested three members of the Tinner family -- Friedrich, Urs, and Marco -- for illegally supplying centrifuges from a Malaysian company to Libya. Urs Tinner has been rumored to have been a U.S. intelligence asset. Switzerland has received cooperation in its probe from Southeast Asian nations, including Malaysia and Thailand, and South Africa. All three are key transit points for nuclear materials involving Russian-Israeli Mafia assets who, in turn, are linked to top members of the Bush administration, including Vice President Dick Cheney."

I know a lot of folks who live on the lake, but even in hill top houses two hundred, three hundred feet above the lake, and these areas have never been underwater in modern times, and then they are like "you have got to pay extra stuff." Ronald Reagan: You will find that they have also asked for the right to imprison farmers who wouldn't keep books as prescribed by the Federal government. The Secretary of Agriculture asks for the right to seize farms through condemnation, and resell them to other individuals. And contained in that same program was a provision that would have allowed the federal government to remove two million farmers from the soil.
Commentator: If you live in the heartland of America, you have to listen up. While the nation was distracted with the Anthony Wiener drama, President Obama signed an executive order that will seize greater power over food, fiber, and energy in our vast countryside areas. The President created the White House Rural Council to for "working across government" to strengthen rural communities and promote economic growth. Sounds great, but get this. The council involves a long list of the most powerful people in America: Treasury Secretary Tim Geitner, the Defense Secretary is on it, Attorney General Eric Holder --even the head of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano. Why would Homeland Security be involved in exerting power and influence over the heartland. Why would the Defense Department be involved in promoting economic growth? The plan calls for the Federal government to control almost every aspect of rural America. It will also "Identify and facilitate economic opportunities associated with energy development, outdoor recreation, and other conservation-related activities." Really? When did hunting and fishing become associated with conservation-related activities?

Alex Jones: He goes on and calls it a New World Order. Ladies and gentlemen, that was Ronald Reagan, by the way, at the first. They had this plan in '64, and it is like something out of Stalinist Russia. You can't make this stuff up, it is Agenda 21.

...Greg Pavelka, a wildlife biologist with the Corps of Engineers in Yankton, SD, told the Seattle Times that this event will leave the river in a "much more natural state than it has seen in decades"

They are trying to get rid of the old dams and have destroyed quite a few, and then when they do have dams, they are using them as a weapon and letting the water go right to the crest and then once the rain starts, they already have the snow drifts melting, then the rain comes, and then they release it at once to have the maximum effect. The Army Corps of Engineers are incredible engineers, incredible history. They built one of the best inland dam and water control systems the world has ever seen. And suddenly in the last few decades they are reversing all of that and using the water as a weapon. That is diabolical, but it is stated they do not want people living in the rural areas and they are going to use water as a weapon. All right, now I am really blowing a lot of time here, but I am going to tie that in with Obama's Executive Order. We talked about this a few weeks ago, but I want to really tie it all together. 13575 creates rural councils. Because we posted on YouTube yesterday, I have never seen this, a film clip of Ronald Reagan as governor talking about globalist world government plans to rob the Midwest of its farmland and force people out, which is the stated re-wilding project. I mean, this is just amazing, so I was blown away seeing Ronald Reagan say this, so that is coming up later. OK, obviously in other news, I tend to cover just whatever is on the top of my head, is most important. "There are folks who are confused as to how the situation with regards to the Missouri River dams could be the fault of the Army Corps of Engineers. After all, isn’t the amount of rainfall an Act of God?
This is not a FLASH flooding dynamic. This isn’t happening because it rained three feet in 24 hours. The largest factor in this flooding is the runoff coming from the melting of the snowpack in the Rocky Mountains. The snowpack is precisely measured and the number of acre-feet of water that will be drained into the Missouri River basin each spring is a precisely known value. If you don’t believe me, pull up the website for ANY ski resort. They will have DETAILED snowpack depth data updated on a near-daily basis. One could work up usable data based just off of the ski resorts – but we also have frequent and detailed snowpack measurements coming from the National Forests and National Parks. I am hard-pressed to think of a meteorological dataset that has the precision, reliability and lead time that the runoff from the snowpack has. The Army Corps of Engineers knew to the acre-foot how much water was coming, and when it would arrive (summer tends to happen at roughly the same time each year).
Knowing that we had a RECORD snowpack this year, the ACoE should have opened the Missouri dam system up starting early in the spring so as to gently and gradually draw-down the reservoirs and give each dam system enough slack to absorb the snowpack runoff. They intentionally did not do this, and citing “wildlife habitat” concerns in collusion with the Marxist-Environmentalists, they kept the reservoirs full, thus ensuring that when the snowpack runoff arrived, it would have nowhere to go. Again, this was all 100% unnecessary and 100% intentional. I don’t care how many C- affirmative action hires they have, there is absolutely no way that this was a function of being “surprised” by water that has been measured and sitting in the Rocky Mountains for MONTHS. Snowpack of Quantity X inches yields runoff of Quantity Y acre-feet. It is a liner function that any Beavis or Butthead could have looked up on a table.
I find myself worried not just about farmground, but about low-lying residential areas in both Omaha and Kansas City.

"The Missouri River basin encompasses a vast region in the central and west-central portion of our country. This river, our nation's longest, collects the melt from Rocky Mountain snowpack and the runoff from our continents' upper plains before joining the Mississippi river above St. Louis some 2,300 miles later. It is a mighty river, and dangerous.
Some sixty years ago, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) began the process of taming the Missouri by constructing a series of six dams. The idea was simple: massive dams at the top moderating flow to the smaller dams below, generating electricity while providing desperately needed control of the river's devastating floods.
The stable flow of water allowed for the construction of the concrete and earthen levees that protect more than 10 million people who reside and work within the river's reach. It allowed millions of acres of floodplain to become useful for farming and development. In fact, these uses were encouraged by our government, which took credit for the resulting economic boom. By nearly all measures, the project was a great success.
But after about thirty years of operation, as the environmentalist movement gained strength throughout the seventies and eighties, the Corps received a great deal of pressure to include some specific environmental concerns into their MWCM (Master Water Control Manual, the "bible" for the operation of the dam system). Preservation of habitat for at-risk bird and fish populations soon became a hot issue among the burgeoning environmental lobby. The pressure to satisfy the demands of these groups grew exponentially as politicians eagerly traded their common sense for "green" political support.
Things turned absurd from there. An idea to restore the nation's rivers to a natural (pre-dam) state swept through the environmental movement and their allies. Adherents enlisted the aid of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), asking for an updated "Biological Opinion" from the FWS that would make ecosystem restoration an "authorized purpose" of the dam system. The Clinton administration threw its support behind the change, officially shifting the priorities of the Missouri River dam system from flood control, facilitation of commercial traffic, and recreation to habitat restoration, wetlands preservation, and culturally sensitive and sustainable biodiversity.
Congress created a committee to advise the Corps on how best to balance these competing priorities. The Missouri River Recovery and Implementation Committee has seventy members. Only four represent interests other than environmentalism. The recommendations of the committee, as one might expect, have been somewhat less than evenhanded.
The Corps began to utilize the dam system to mimic the previous flow cycles of the original river, holding back large amounts of water upstream during the winter and early spring in order to release them rapidly as a "spring pulse." The water flows would then be restricted to facilitate a summer drawdown of stream levels. This new policy was highly disruptive to barge traffic and caused frequent localized flooding, but a multi-year drought masked the full impact of the dangerous risks the Corps was taking.
This year, despite more than double the usual amount of mountain and high plains snowpack (and the ever-present risk of strong spring storms), the true believers in the Corps have persisted in following the revised MWCM, recklessly endangering millions of residents downstream.

...At the time of this writing, the Corps is scrambling for political cover, repeatedly denying that it had any advance warning of the potential for this catastrophe. The official word is that everything was just fine until unexpectedly heavy spring rains pushed the system past the tipping point.
On February 3, 2011, a series of e-mails from Ft. Pierre SD Director of Public Works Brad Lawrence sounded the alarm loud and clear. In correspondence to the headquarters of the American Water Works Association in Washington, D.C., Lawrence warned that "the Corps of Engineers has failed thus far to evacuate enough water from the main stem reservoirs to meet normal runoff conditions. This year's runoff will be anything but normal."
In the same e-mail, he describes the consequences of the Corps failure to act as a "flood of biblical proportions." His e-mails were forwarded from Washington, D.C. to state emergency response coordinators nationwide. The Corps headquarters in Omaha, NE which is responsible for the Missouri river system, claims they heard no such warning from Lawrence or anyone else. Considering the wide distribution of this correspondence, and the likely reactions from officials in endangered states, their denials strain credulity.
Whether warned or not, the fact remains that had the Corps been true to its original mission of flood control, the dams would not have been full in preparation for a "spring pulse." The dams could further have easily handled the additional runoff without the need to inundate a sizeable chunk of nine states. The Corps admits in the MWCM that they deliberately embrace this risk each year in order to maximize their re-ordered priorities...
...In recent decades, many universities have steeped their Natural Sciences curriculum in the green tea of earth-activism, producing radically eco-centric graduates who naturally seek positions with the government agencies where they can best implement their theories. Today, many of these men and women have risen high in their fields, hiring fellow travelers to fill subordinate positions and creating a powerful echo chamber of radical environmentalist theory.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is a victim/tool of the above-described process. The horrifying consequence is water rushing from the dams on the Missouri twice as fast as the highest previous releases on record. Floodgates that have not been opened in more than fifty years are in full operation, discharging water at a rate of 150,000 cubic feet per second toward millions of Americans downstream.
This is a mind-boggling rate of release. Consider that 150,000 cubic feet of water would fill a football field instantly to a depth of four feet. This amount of water, being released every second, will continue unabated for the next several months. The levees that protect the cities and towns downstream were constructed to handle the flow rates promised at the time of the dam's construction. None of these levees have ever been tested at these levels, yet they must hold back millions of acre-feet of floodwater for the entire summer without failing. In the flooding of 1993, more than a thousand levees failed. This year's event will be many orders of magnitude greater.
There are many well-publicized examples of absurd obeisance to the demands of radical environmentalists resulting in great economic harm. The Great Missouri River Flood of 2011 is shaping up to be another -- only this time, the price will likely be paid in lives lost as well as treasure. Ayn Rand said, "You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality."
We need to begin the investigations immediately. It seems that it is sanity, and not the river, that needs to be restored."

Radiation poisoning may be deliberately inflicted on Americans out of revenge, spite, bloodthirstiness, racial and ethnic envy, and nihilism

One of the basic rules of Right Wing 101 is that as ethnic-genetic distance increases, the odds begin to also increase that different people will begin to act more like predators or parasites towards each other rather than as mutualists and altruists. (Conversely, as ethnic-genetic distance decreases, the odds of mutualist and altruist behavior begins to rise). There is an evolutionary logic behind all of this, as explicitly explained in A New Theory of Evolution by Sir Arthur Keith. (He basically applies the virtues of small business competition in a free enterprise system to "evolutionary breeding units" in a genetic version of a "free market." The end result is more fit tribes rather than a better commercial products. In other words, he applied laissez faire microeconomic concepts to biology, substituting "gene flow" for "product flow.").
These evolutionary dynamics can also be inferred from Sociobiology: The New Synthesis by Dr. Edward Wilson, and the landmark article Zoological Subspecies in Man by Dr. Raymond Hall, Mankind Quarterly, Oct 1960. The latter work helps explain the nuclear megatonnage-worth of subterranean racial hatred described in the Barnes Review special issue The Revenge of the Neanderthal that latter-day "Neanderthals" and even certain southern European groups feel towards northern Europeans who are more "Cro-Magnon" in their physical attributes and approach to life.
Other works in sociobiology help explain how parasites evolve relative to host societies (the layman's term for "parasite" is "criminal"), and why parasites are often innately programmed to try to fatally sting their hosts whenever they feel threatened with removal, much like a leech that is pulled off ones skin as opposed to one that is motivated to let go on its own before a burning cigarette butt. Similarly, various alien plutocracies such as the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, Mossad-CIA, Bilderburgers, U.N. Agenda 21 promoters and myriad allied "front organizations" seem motivated to fatally sting and poison global populations with radiation, false flag pandemics, and other evils. This is especially true now that a combination of Internet exposure and economic failure is threatening their power base.
Many scientists once believed that Cro-Magnons wiped out Neanderthals in a European race war that may have climaxed 30,000 years ago. Now a growing number of scientists believe that Neanderthals survived in pockets, and also as portions of the overall genetic makeup of large populations as a consequence of miscegenation. Apparently quite a few individuals with some "Neanderthal" DNA strains are alive and well today in the more kosher sectors of New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, the City of London, and Israel. Unfortunately "Neanderthal"-tainted individuals seem to control Mossad-CIA and have American nuclear power plants either under their thumbs or in their cross-hairs as well as many other false flag targets of opportunity.
Applying ethnic-genetic theory to the nuclear industry, we can expect it to continually break down in terms of its internal efficiency as it gets increasingly loaded with disparate racial and ethnic groups who secretly envy or hate each other as "affirmative action" and other "multi-racial" and "multi-cultural" ideologies continue to run amuck. In addition, "Nordic" characteristics involving rational, far-sighted, stable, and self-restrained intelligent behavior described by Dr. Lothrop Stoddard in his classic work Racial Realities in Europe have been evaporating across America as the Nordic demographic component has also been in sharp decline. "Nordics" once comprised about 60-70% of the U.S. population in the early 19th century, and they have now been reduced to perhaps less than 16% today. One rough way to track their decline is to look at the rate of decline in the overall population of the expression of many of the recessive genes that Nordic peoples generally carry, such as blue eyes. The plunge in the past few decades has taken place at a remarkable rate. A century ago, 80 percent of people married within their ethnic group. On an physical anthropological basis, American whites in the late colonial and early U.S. period were essentially a partnership of Nordic and northern Celtic peoples. As an example, the Puritans who settled New England as yeo-man farmers came from the most Nordic part of eastern England and were more on the Nordic side, whereas the Scots-Irish who provided the core of the pioneer culture that developed in western parts of the colonies in the mid-to late 18th century were heavier on the Celtic side.
Northern Celtic peoples are very similar in their innate psychological traits with Nordics, but both groups have little in common with the kinds of people who now make up America's power elite today and who seek to deindustrialize the country and perfect the police state.
The Protestant work ethic once emanated from the innate traits of Nordics and northern Celts. It emphasized hard work, savings, personal liberty, far-sightedness, and rational planning. By the end of the 19th century, it helped America become one of the most innovative and economically successful industrial countries on earth. Anyone can talk about their need for freedom, but very few people on this planet have a talent for creating scientific and industrial infrastructure and wealth at a faster rate than population growth and consumption, which in turn creates a standard of living that makes "freedom" more meaningful. Unfortunately the kinds of people with a historic track record of success in this area have been steadily replaced by alien peoples with historic track records of chronic failure. Once these alien peoples have become American citizens, they have continued to fail in this area, despite all efforts at assimilation.
Even worse, the leadership tone in America has been replaced with the Neanderthal-like "Chutzpah Ethic" that emphasizes short term profiteering, intrigue, deception, mafia-style criminal gangsterism, and various other types of nonproductive "wise guy" approaches to life that have helped to convert American into a casino society and multi-racial, multicultural mess.
Latter-day "Neanderthals" hate Cro-Magnons every bit as much today as they did 20-30,000 years ago, if not more so, because of the tremendous achievements of Cro-Magnons in advancing science, technology, and viable democratic and republican governmental systems. This gives Cro-Magnons prestige that is very threatening to "Neanderthals" in their quest for global domination.
We can also expect America's nuclear industry to undergo increased external attack by Mossad-CIA false flag operations as WASPs continue to weaken as the once dominant ethnic group in America. Using the counter-predator vs. predator model typically found in the study of ecology, as WASP counter-predators weaken, we can expect Mossad-CIA predators and parasites to become just that much more bold and dangerous.

[Editor's Note: In Chapter 8 of my Mission of Conscience series, I explain why military and police anti-terror exercises are paradoxically the best time for false flag operators to stage false flag attacks. In addition, when you look at what the Israeli lobby has done with Megaphone software to automatically vote stories questioning Israel down and to send pro-Israel letters to politicians and media (see this, this and this), you can start to see how the U.S. military - an even larger and better-funded organization - could substantially influence voting on social news sites with very little effort.
Moreover,the military has outsourced many projects to private contractors. For example, in Iraq, much of the fighting has been outsourced to Blackwater. And governmental intelligence functions have largely been outsourced to private companies.
It is therefore not impossible that the government is hiring cheap labor to downvote stories on the social media sites which question the government, and to post pro-government comments.

It is staggering to consider the lack of human safety this plant by the river logic might ultimately lead to. Or, to think of what background must exist that allowed this location called Ft. Calhoun to contain a nuclear operation in the first place.
I know red states are mostly behind nuclear power, but I suspect they may reconsider their feelings after this.
So back to the NRC; I thought I'd go to their site to see what the 'official' update is, since our information on Nebraska is coming through channels in Paris, Moscow, and through our Writer John McCarthy who has been watching these developments from Vienna, Austria, where the The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Safety Conference just concluded.
But the NRC doesn't seem to know about Nebraska. It has several rotating images with stories about many seemingly less important stories, but no mention of Nebraska.
Perhaps one could begin searching and locate information, I included the full size print from their site below and of course you can visit the site. Just be aware of the lack of response or awareness that this U.S. agency is displaying.
Of course I say this in jest, but sadly, this reported informational blackout that keeps coming up, seems to be patently true if the very agency that regulates nuclear safety doesn't mention it.
They mention Japan, boy do they mention Japan.
This is interesting because many people living there, including our Writer Maidhc 'O Cathail in Osaka, say life in their cities some distance from the coast, never did change over the tsunami and related nuclear disaster.

"A shocking report prepared by Russia’s Federal Atomic Energy Agency (FAAE) on information provided to them by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) states that the Obama regime has ordered a “total and complete” news blackout relating to any information regarding the near catastrophic meltdown of the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant located in Nebraska.
According to this report, the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Plant suffered a “catastrophic loss of cooling” to one of its idle spent fuel rod pools on 7 June after this plant was deluged with water caused by the historic flooding of the Missouri River which resulted in a fire causing the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) to issue a “no-fly ban” over the area.
Located about 20 minutes outside downtown Omaha, the largest city in Nebraska, the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Plant is owned by Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) who on their website denies their plant is at a “Level 4” emergency by stating: “This terminology is not accurate, and is not how emergencies at nuclear power plants are classified.”
Russian atomic scientists in this FAAE report, however, say that this OPPD statement is an “outright falsehood” as all nuclear plants in the world operate under the guidelines of the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale (INES) which clearly states the “events” occurring at the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant do, indeed, put it in the “Level 4” emergency category of an “accident with local consequences” thus making this one of the worst nuclear accidents in US history.
Though this report confirms independent readings in the United States of “negligible release of nuclear gasses” related to this accident it warns that by the Obama regimes censoring of this event for “political purposes” it risks a “serious blowback” from the American public should they gain knowledge of this being hidden from them.
Interesting to note about this event was the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Chief, Gregory B. Jaczko, blasting the Obama regime just days before the near meltdown of the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Power Plant by declaring that “the policy of not enforcing most fire code violations at dozens of nuclear plants is “unacceptable” and has tied the hands of NRC inspectors.”
This report further notes that the “cover-up” of this nuclear disaster by President Obama is being based on his “fantasy” of creating so-called green jobs which he (strangely) includes nuclear power into as his efforts to bankrupt the US coal industry proceed at a record breaking pace.

There are folks who are confused as to how the situation with regards to the Missouri River dams could be the fault of the Army Corps of Engineers. After all, isn’t the amount of rainfall an Act of God?
This is not a FLASH flooding dynamic. This isn’t happening because it rained three feet in 24 hours. The largest factor in this flooding is the runoff coming from the melting of the snowpack in the Rocky Mountains. The snowpack is precisely measured and the number of acre-feet of water that will be drained into the Missouri River basin each spring is a precisely known value. If you don’t believe me, pull up the website for ANY ski resort. They will have DETAILED snowpack depth data updated on a near-daily basis. One could work up usable data based just off of the ski resorts – but we also have frequent and detailed snowpack measurements coming from the National Forests and National Parks. I am hard-pressed to think of a meteorological dataset that has the precision, reliability and lead time that the runoff from the snowpack has. The Army Corps of Engineers knew to the acre-foot how much water was coming, and when it would arrive (summer tends to happen at roughly the same time each year).
Knowing that we had a RECORD snowpack this year, the ACoE should have opened the Missouri dam system up starting early in the spring so as to gently and gradually draw-down the reservoirs and give each dam system enough slack to absorb the snowpack runoff. They intentionally did not do this, and citing “wildlife habitat” concerns in collusion with the Marxist-Environmentalists, they kept the reservoirs full, thus ensuring that when the snowpack runoff arrived, it would have nowhere to go. Again, this was all 100% unnecessary and 100% intentional. I don’t care how many C- affirmative action hires they have, there is absolutely no way that this was a function of being “surprised” by water that has been measured and sitting in the Rocky Mountains for MONTHS. Snowpack of Quantity X inches yields runoff of Quantity Y acre-feet. It is a liner function that any Beavis or Butthead could have looked up on a table.
I find myself worried not just about farmground, but about low-lying residential areas in both Omaha and Kansas City.

This Ospraie outfit was a hedge fund specializing in commodities that was started and run by some cocky child who didn’t know how to trade bear markets and got his butt kicked into next week in the grain market of 2008. In fact, it was so bad that he had to shut his fund down because he had promised his investors that he would give them all of their investment money back if the fund lost more than 30% in one year. Whoopsie.
But it appears that Soros swooped in and saved the day because this Ospraie is the “co-investor” with Soros that bought the remnants of ConAgra’s trading operation and renamed it . . . Gavilon. In the industry, it is widely acknowledged that Ospraie IS Soros. That [CNN] article is here.
As you probably remember, Gavilon just recently bought both DeBruce Grain out of Kansas City and the biggest grain elevator company in the Pacific Northwest, thus making Soros (who is the money behind Gavilon through both his own Soros Fund Management AND his de facto control of Ospraie) the third-largest grain company in the U.S. with 280 million bushels of storage capacity, behind only Archer Daniels Midland (542 million bushels storage capacity) and Cargill (344 million bushels storage capacity).

My contact says this has been going on for two years – and also remember what I told you about farmground prices inflating wildly, especially in Illinois. The Midwest floods will seriously impact food and gas prices over the next year. Angela Tague at Business Gather suspects the lost farmland is behind the price spike to $7.55 a bushel for corn — twice last year’s price. Tague notes that the corn shortage will have far-reaching consequences:

"It has turned out," she says, "that I've represented more whistleblowers at TVA than any other place."
Bernabei told CBS News that's more than 60 people since the 1980s - at least eight since the TVA says it beefed up its employee feedback program a decade ago.
"People are terrified to come forward at TVA," Bernabei asserts. "It's just like back in 1985. Nothing has changed. They're terrified to come forward because they know that they will not get employment at TVA."
Nadeau informed her supervisors that other security guards at Watts Bar were sleeping on the job. In 2008, she was fired for what was termed "inappropriate abusive communication behavior."

CBS News spoke with one whistleblower, Gail Richards, who said she was too afraid to appear on-camera for "fear of further risk of retaliation for me and my family by the TVA and NRC."

I have identified two interesting anomalies for June 6th. First, Ft. Peck ramped up to 45,000 cfs, perhaps approaching the record 50,000 cfs reported for 06-07, despite the fact that a 31 May Billings Gazette article predicted that Ft. Peck would not reach 50,000 cfs until 14 June. Ft. Peck is one of the key dams in the system, and someone was anxious to accelerate the downstream flood process. But it gets even more spooky than this; on 2011-06-06 the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a directive banning aircraft from entering the airspace within a two-mile radius of the plant. Why would it issue such an airspace ban the day before the electrical fire that knocked out cooling for 90 minutes at Ft. Calhoun? Is this like the BBC report of the Building 7 collapse 20 minutes early? Was a saboteur really supposed to start the fire on the 6th, but got delayed a day? In addition to all of this, on 6-6 Ft. Calhoun issued a "Notification of Unusual Event," even though there was no breaking event that caused it to issue the notification on this day as compared to the preceding or following day.

Alright, I was starting to see a pattern and it was looking more and more like this was turning out to be the Year of the Nuclear Disaster, just like last year was the Year of the Oil Disaster, but it was just a hunch- no real evidence to back it up. Just a feeling. If there was a smoking gun, I didn’t expect they’d be sticking it in our face on the news quite so soon, but then I was catching up on the situation at Fort Calhoun and something struck me.
On June 28, we were receiving reports from the MSM that although the flood waters had risen and some safety measures had failed, there were others in place that would prevent the facility from experiencing a major disaster. According to the following article from CNN, the AquaBerm that had been placed around the plant had accidentally been punctured and deflated, but:

Personally, it was not very reassuring to me that it would take a mere 6 extra feet of water, beyond the upper limit of what is expected, to cause a major catastrophe. Given that Scott from Believer’s Underground had just told me that there were another 3 months of spring melt on the way, I didn’t see how the plant representative could boldly state the risk of flooding getting into sensitive areas was almost zero.
Be that as it may, I didn’t think much more of it until the subject of the AquaBerm came up again. Maybe it was in the way it was phrased in this article in asianweek.com:
“Like it was a good idea to make a water berm out of a giant Hefty garbage bag. Some machinery at night punctured the dang thing and it deflated leaving 2 ft of water all over the place, and the plant was on emergency backup power for a while because water got to another connection, but it’s back to offsite power again.”
This had this ‘aw shucks folks, we dunno what happened’ tone to it that seems to always pop up when there is something sinister afoot. Like on 9/11 when they couldn’t scramble the fighter jets to intercept the planes, or when the Undie Bomber somehow made it through security with no Visa or passport, or when Haliburton ordered drilling mud to be replaced with seawater, or when BP had boons placed in the Gulf in entirely the wrong way.

• Congressman Markey has said there is a cover up. Specifically, Markey alleges that the head of the NRC told everyone not to write down risks they find from an earthquake greater than 6.0 (the plant was only built to survive a 6.0 earthquake)
• The budget for the NRC comes from the nuclear power companies [just like banks fund the Federal Reserve]
• The NRC is wholly captive to industry
• The NRC has never turned down the request of a nuclear power plant to be relicensed in the United States. Relicensing is solely a paper process; there is no safety review.
• The NRC's assumptions regarding a worst-case accident are ridiculous. For example, the NRC assumes only 1% of the fuel could meltdown, while 70% melted down at Fukushima. The NRC assumes no loss of containment, while there has been a major loss of containment in reactors 1-3 (especially 2) at Fukushima.
• "If there was a free market in energy, nuclear power would be over ... immediately". Nuclear plant owners can't get insurance; they can only operate because the U.S. government provides insurance on the taxpayer dime. The government also granted a ridiculously low cap on liability
• If we had no subsidies for nuclear, coal or oil, we'd have a clean energy economy right now
• We have 4 reactors in California - 2 at San Onofre 2 at San Luis Obisbo - which are vulnerable to earthquakes and tsunamis.
• No state or federal agency knows who would be in charge in case of an accident at Indian Point. It's like the Keystone Cops

After Lehr stated, "I can tell you with the utmost confidence there will not be a health impact of anything that is going on at the Fukushima power plant," he had the aboslute gall to say of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster in Ukraine, "there was no long-term impact on health from anybody away from the plant due to the radiation cloud. There were 1,000 cases of leukemia in the village right surrounding Chernobyl, and 998 of them were cured."
The Heartland Institute, based in Chicago, is one of a number of vile corporate-funded right-wing non-profit organizations that invent their own facts and statistics to suit the agenda of their corporate paymasters. Armed with barrels of corporate cash and prepared junk science and phony history talking points, spokespersons for organizations like the Heartland (Heartless) Institute find eager media outlets like Fox News to spew their copious amounts of bovine excrement.
As for Lehr's statement that 998 people in a village near Chernobyl were cured of leukemia, WMR is publishing a photograph that proves Lehr to be a revolting disinformation purveyor. In September 1990, this editor visited, along wth an 80-member U.S. delegation, a children's hospital outside Minsk, in the then-Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, where dozens of children from near Chernobyl were being treated for cancer, including leukemia. In the years following our visit, I discovered from one of our guides that all the children at the hospital had died from cancer contracted as a result of the Chernobyl disaster.

They are all dead now. Children in Byelorussia in 1990 suffering from cancer as a result of Chernobyl.

In the above photograph taken at the children's hospital, a one-time Soviet Communist Party retreat that was turned into a cancer clinic for children affected by Chernobyl, there are four boys seen. The young boy at the back right was wearing a Philadelphia Phillies cap I had given him, with foreknowledge that hair loss was inevitable at some stage. Lehr claims an 98 percent cure rate from Chernobyl. How about a 100 percent death rate among these children at the hospital outside of Minsk! That is a fact compared to the Heartland Institute's contrived history of Chernobyl and the Koch Brothers-funded junk science and fake history.
I hope that Hannity, Lehr, and the Koch Brothers who fund the Heartland Institute's propaganda output take a close look at the faces of these children. They all died from cancer resulting from the effects of Chernobyl's radiation. Chernobyl was a Level 7 event. Fukushima is approaching that level. Alas, it will have no effect because when Japanese children become cancer victims as a result of General Electric's failed reactors at Fukushima, the right-wing will eject as much venal propaganda as the Japanese reactors are in emitting high-levels of radiation. The government says it wants to make your food safer, and yet the USDA keeps approving genetically modified foods that are essentially massive biological experiments that cause widespread infertility and disease.
The same story goes on and on... with fluoride in the water, mercury in dental fillings, aspartame in diet sodas, pesticide use in agriculture and so on. At nearly every turn, the government itself is actively plotting against the People to keep them financially enslaved, biologically diseased and mentally ignorant.

2011-07-30 Corps Begins Reduction Of Water From Gavins Point, AP,
"The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers started to reduce releases from Gavins Point Dam into the Missouri River on Saturday.
The corps said releases at the dam near Yankton, South Dakota were lowered from 160,000 cubic feet per second to 155,000. It's scheduled to be lowered again on Monday to 150,000 cfs.
The releases are scheduled to hold at that level until mid-August, then gradually be cut each day to reach the target of 90,000 cfs by month's end and 40,000 cfs by October 1st.

"OPPD says that, as of today, they are trying to refill the punctured aqua dam that they said they didn't need anyway but now they do because the water really IS going to flood the plant. If you have ever played with water toys you can imagine how much fun it will be trying to fill a 2,000 foot-long innertube in 7 feet of running Missouri river water. Especially since the water has been declared unsafe by the Governor.
Interesting that there have been ZERO news or pictures from there since June. It hasn't blown up yet, but it's going to be a write-off. And do you remember the COOPER plant just down the river? Well, darn if the water may not flood that as well. There is a lot of talk lately in high places about levees about to break.
In the mean time, the Vermont Yankee plant has been spilling radiation for forty years and they want a permit to keep spilling it for another forty. The report of their plant is so pitiful that the NRC won't even accept the report! So, naturally, we can't see it.
But those are just typical of US nuclear plants. They built them to last thirty years and didn't bother to repair them - and now they want them re-licensed for another 20 or 30 or 40 years.
What's up at Fukushima? 7.0 earthquake off the coast of Sendai yesterday....only about a 5.4 by the time it hit Daiichi - just enough to set everything off again. Lady Gaga was a pit premature. I'd suggest putting off that trip to Japan for...oh...10,000 years.
Los Alamos? A lot of buildings were damaged, 400 surrounding homes were lost, but AMAZINGLY, the fire never got anywhere the 30,000 drums of high-level radioactive material that were between the fire and the lab and the homes.
Guess what happens after EVERY wildfire? Torrential rain and flooding. Yep. Guaranteed. You read it here first..."

"FORT CALHOUN, Neb. — The Omaha Public Power District is reinstalling the plastic, water-filled dam that — until bursting — had kept Missouri River floodwaters away from the buildings that house its nuclear reactor.
After the Aqua Dam ruptured on June 26, water flowed around the Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station to a depth of more than 2 feet.
However, OPPD officials said, the water did not reach the reactor or other critical areas because additional barriers, including sandbags, were in place.
Mike Jones, a spokesman for the utility, said Wednesday that the Aqua Dam is expected to be in place by Saturday.
The utility has not experienced any significant difficulties in reinstalling the barrier, he said. If completed by Saturday, it will have been out of commission about two weeks.
[Editor's Note: In a situation where there was a real risk that the Missouri could rise a few feet and create a 100% chance of a reactor melt-down (based on an NRC estimate), why did OPPD screw around for two weeks instead of immediately replacing the original aqua dam that allegedly got punctured by someone screwing around with a backhoe? And why did OPPD order aqua berms be destroyed when obviously there is a critical shortage? Why did they fail to immediately create a massive sandbag ring around the plant high enough to handle all worse case scenarios, and immediately suction out all interior areas to insure that the previously flooded electrical and cooling systems are restored to full functionality?]
2 011-07-06 Nelson Continues Pushing Corps On Flood Control Policy, nebraska.statepaper.com.
"In a statement issued Tuesday, [U.S. Senator] Nelson said the corps must put safety at the Cooper Nuclear Station and Fort Calhoun ”at the forefront of how it manages the Missouri River.”
Nelson also questions the corps’ ability to keep the public appropriately informed. In any case, he says it must do a better job.
Nelson’s dispute with the corps began June 29 when he sent a letter to Brigadier General John McMahon outlining several concerns.
Nelson noted earlier comments from a corps’ spokesman who said Nebraska’s two nuclear power plants are not being factored into the corps’ schedule of dam releases and that there is “no flexibility in the system.”
Nelson asked McMahon to clarify those comments.
Two days later McMahon replied that the corps’ number one priority is “the safety of the public.” McMahon said the corps is in close contact with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) assessing “the impacts of reservoir releases on the nuclear power plants.”

Rense: They have got muddy water on the turbine building, OK.
Dr. Burnett: OK, so the turbine building is where the water from the reactor in its operating goes to transfer heat. And guess what else goes through the turbine building to transfer heat? The cooling pool for the spent fuel. That goes through the turbine building to be cooled, and it comes back in there as super clean water. And if it doesn't, then the temperature of that spent fuel pool is going up about 2 degrees an hour. And I suspect, I can't prove it -- I have no sources on site -- I suspect that is what is happening right now. I think they are running on one backup generator that they are trying to keep their batteries charged with, and they have 88 hours of backup power. But I don't really believe that they have 88 hours of battery power. So I think that somebody is up there pulling out their hair right now trying to figure out what to do, and they can't get any diesel fuel in...

Dr. Burnett: There is a chart on the USGS web site which projects the flood level. And I looked at that, and it predicted five to seven, or five to ten feet of additional water height over the next three or four days. Of course these are predictions. They are trying to predict the future, and they can't. No one can predict the future. It might suddenly all of a sudden go somewhere else. But if those projections from the U.S. Government are correct, Ft. Calhoun has a problem they cannot avoid.
Rense: No, they can't. The story I have here is that there is a 100 percent chance of reactor core damage if the flood waters go above 1,010 feet at Calhoun. This is the NRC talking. It is right now 1,007 feet, so we are only three feet away from meltdown.
Dr. Burnett: They were actually 109.5 I believe at one point before the condom burst and they said "Oh, no problem, we have four or five feet to go, la, la, la, but you know they were fighting with the NRC for over a year because the operators for the plant did not want to spend the money to correct it.
Rense: Right. One of the worst plants in America, easily.
Dr. Burnett: One of the three worst. One of the three most dangerous, yes? And now that their primary abatement tool, their solution, which was the rubber dam has burst -- actually it did not burst, they burst it. Welcome to Fukushima America. If something doesn't break, just go out and break it.
Rense: Just turn a backhoe loose in the area and swing that extend-a-hoe and get it anything they can reach.
Dr. Burnett: And you know, it is not funny. It is horrible. It is sad. It is terrible. But I cannot believe that -- I mean, who is in charge here? No one! No one is in charge. There is no adult supervision.
Rense: The keystone cops are in charge.
Dr. Burnett: Well, maybe they are.

Rense: ...This is one of the crummiest plants in America. The top three worst. The NRC, as corrupt as that is, has been arguing and fighting with these Calhoun-Cooper people for a long time, and they are now going to potentially see the chickens come home to roost. This is a real big issue folks, because Tom, as I see it, they are either out of options, or they are running out very quickly.
Dr. Burnett: They are out of options. They used their options between June 6th and June 20th. They did everything they could. They brought in another diesel generator on wheels. They put in the rubber dam, filled it full of water. They put in sand bags, and that is the extent of their plan. And once that plan failed, they basically have no other options. They are talking about reconnecting to external power. That is not happening.
Rense:Why not? What is the problem? They claimed -- they were boasting that they had both overhead power and subterranean power to the plant.
Dr. Burnett: Well originally they did. Subterranean power came into the plant because there were no power lines. OK, it was all underground. Well, that is all well and good, and that kind of washed out or got trashed, and then between May and June 6th, or June 20th, they put in overhead lines, and that is well and good too until the switch is flooded. We are talking about 345 kilovolt lines, and those lines are now inoperable. The only thing they have going for them right now is one diesel generator that was recharging their batteries. They don't have any external power because their electrical systems has -- their panel room, their whole electrical infrastructure was in the basement under water. And that is just the bottom line. So unless somebody put a breaker box on top of the building, and they can switch this stuff on and off to the cooling pool, which they can't, they don't have many options left. "MSNBC apparently had a picture of the Ft. Calhoun nuclear plant taken today AFTER the 'water dam' - barely visible surrounding the reactor and main control buildings in this photo taken on June 24 - burst. But that page is now 'page not found'.
I'll guess that when the aqua dam burst, the control room was flooded. They are saying "no problem, there is no danger"- but, of course, there IS a problem.
The REASON there is a problem and why they aren't telling the truth is because, while Fukishima is equivalent to about twenty Chernobyls, Ft. Calhoun is equivalent to about twenty Fukushimas.
Not because it has a lot of reactors - or even a very big one. But because it is holding an immense amount of nuclear fuel in its cooling pool.
This isn't some elevated bathtub like the cooling pools at Fukushima. Oh, no. This cooling pool is forty feet UNDER GROUND AND forty feet ABOVE GROUND. It's EIGHTY FEET DEEP IN TOTAL. If they can't cool it, the corn belt is in trouble.
I'm guessing that it's the big rectangular building behind-left (actually touching) the round nuclear reactor containment building.
Why do I think that? Because it has no windows or ventilation and it's about the only building on-site large enough to hold the amount of spent nuclear fuel it has to hold - and, by the way, it was filled up to capacity in 2006 - which is why they had to start storing the excess spent fuel rods in those concrete dry casks outside of the pool. But I could be wrong. If I am, please send me a diagram - not an opiniongram.
The dry casks are visible near the top of the picture. They are grey concrete blocks set together on the large, grey square area.
The casks have white doors facing a little to the left in the photo. The NRC says there is 'no problem' should the casks become partially submerged by Missouri flood waters.
The back-up generators are probably flooded as well. They were ALSO what the rubber dam was in place to protect. Even if they aren't, there is water in the electrical system. That's what the yellow cards from the NRC were about last year - and those cards were never signed off as safe. There are at least six and probably dozens of NRC and government people there 'closely monitoring' the plant. All they can do is watch.
The 'emergency' plans were only thought up when the water started rising and were only implemented beginning on June 6. Before then, the plant owners were still pissing back and forth with the NRC that a flood that bad couldn't happen. And the brilliant rubber condom around the plant didn't just burst by itself. The dumbasses were piddling around and managed to pop it themselves!
So, when they tell me there is no danger at all, I know otherwise because the rubber dam was the last resort...and that ANY water higher than that is too much - and the water was clearly VERY high up on it when it burst.
I'm thinking that if I call another disaster, and it happens, it will start getting dicey in about sixty-four hours. From now.

Ft Calhoun's reactor is a Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR-476 MWe). It requires the super-heated coolant (light water) to be pressurized at crazy-high pressures to remain liquid as it flows through the coolant channels within the core of the reactor. If power is lost to the plant (station blackout), pressure in the closed-coolant system will fall... and the super-heated coolant will immediately boil and turn to steam. We all know what happens when steam rapidly forms in a sealed environment (scenario of the disaster Fukushima).
