How projected diabetes increases by 2025 show an interesting
correlation with Fukushima radiation and increases in other
forms of northern hemisphere contamination, steered by HAARP
technology. Somehow the UK, home of the Rothschild's City of
London, remains relatively unscathed. In contrast, more recent
Norwegian Institute for Air Research forecasts (please see week-by-week
projections) suggests that Fukushima radiation has been
deliberately steered by HAARP through Iceland, Norway
and the rest of Scandinavia and around the UK. |

Biography

Moret Biography: Independent Scientist; Expert Witness at the
Tokyo International Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan;
Speaker at the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Conference,

 "Leuren
Moret was an Expert Witness at the International Criminal Tribunal
For Afghanistan At Tokyo. She is an independent scientist and
international expert on radiation and public health issues.
She is on the organizing committee of the World Committee on
Radiation Risk, an organization of independent radiation specialists,
including members of the Radiation Committee in the EU parliament,
the European Committee on Radiation Risk. She is an environmental
commissioner for the City of Berkeley. Ms. Moret earned her
BS in geology at U.C. Davis in 1968 and her MA in Near Eastern
studies from U.C. Berkeley in 1978. She has completed all but
her dissertation for a PhD in the geosciences at U.C. Davis.
She has traveled and conducted scientific research in 42 countries.
She contributed to a scientific report on depleted uranium for
the United Nations sub commission investigating the illegality
of depleted uranium munitions. Marion Fulk, a former Manhattan
Project scientist and retired insider at the Livermore Lab,
who is an expert on radioactive fallout and rainout, has trained
her on radiation issues.
Leuren
Moret has conducted research concerning the impact on the health
of the environment and global public health from atmospheric
testing, nuclear power plants, and depleted uranium. She has
helped collect and measure radiation in 6000 baby teeth from
children living around nuclear power plants, and helped The
State of Louisiana (USA) pass the first state depleted uranium
bill for mandatory testing of soldiers.
Articles
she wrote on DU were translated into Indian languages to increase
awareness. Her article "Depleted
Uranium: The Trojan Horse of Nuclear War" in the June
2004 WORLD AFFAIRS JOURNAL was translated at the request
of the Kremlin for distribution throughout the Russian government.
The LONE STAR ICONOCLAST, hometown newspaper of President
Bush,
interviewed her for a series of interviews, "What is
depleted uranium?", which are now attached to US Congressman
McDermott's 2005 depleted uranium bill HR 2410 in the US Congress.
The newspaper did a second issue, March 1, 2006, titled "Have
DU Will Travel". Her City of Berkeley 2003 resolution banning
weapons in space was followed by a Space Preservation Treaty
Resolution adopted by seven sister cities in British Columbia,
Canada, contributing to Prime Minister Paul Martin's decision
in February 2005 to abandon his secret agreement with President
Bush to allow NMD in Canada.
Her
research on divestment of pension funds from US weapons manufacturers
was discussed on a Vancouver radio station in April 2005. The
interview helped to make divestment, of $4.6 billion (in 251
US weapons manufacturers) in British Columbia (BC) pension funds,
an issue for the May 2005 election platform in BC.
Leuren
Moret is a Livermore nuclear weapons lab whistleblower, an Environmental
Commissioner in the City of Berkeley, and testifies as a depleted
uranium expert in the new documentary film BEYOND TREASON."

stated that the Fukushima HAARP tectonic nuclear attack was
done by an international racketeering war crimes network within
the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Department of Energy
(DOE), and BP (British Petroleum) on behalf of City of London
bankers.
Ms.
Moret states that the group behind the March 11, 2011 events
at the Fukushima nuclear plant is the same war crimes racketeering
organization behind the false flag operations of September 11,
2001, Hurricane Katrina (2005), the Haiti earthquake (2010)
and other HAARP-triggered false flag operations.
The
Fukushima tectonic nuclear attack is an intentional genocidal
depopulation of the northern and southern hemispheres, Ms. Moret
states. The west coasts of the United States and Canada, Mexico,
and Hawaii are being intentionally targeted by dangerous radiation
from the March 11, 2011 tectonic warfare earthquake and nuclear
meltdown events at Fukushima, Japan.
These areas of the United States and Canada, and Mexico, Ms.
Moret indicates, are the major food producing areas for North
America. Radiation from the Japan quake/nuclear meltdown events
at Fukushima is intentionally being steered into these areas
in order to dose the land and the food with radiation.
Danger
of radiation in the rain
Ms.
Moret warned that the U.S. government is covering up the radiation
danger in North America, and stated that individuals should
venture out in the rain with their bodies fully covered, including
gloves.
During
WWII, it was discovered that the most effective method of nuclear
warfare was to detonate an atomic bomb in a rain cloud, and
let the radiation rain down on the target population.
The weather warfare capabilities of HAARP and the GWEN towers
systems are being used to create weather patterns (such as tornadoes)
and rain that bring radiation as high as in the Fukushima area
of Japan on the southeast, mid west, southwest and west coasts
of the United States."

Fetzer: Are these people incapable of learning from
experience Leuren or is this just massive corruption to benefit
the corporations and the nuclear power industry? .
L. Moret: Well, they have been chess-moved
just like Christy
Todd Whitman and all the other officials who were part
of 9/11. They were moved into key positions long before this
happened, and it is all set up. Even the centers for disease
control were part of this foreshadowing, and on March 9th,
two days before the earthquake hit Japan, the centers for
disease control started posting hundreds of documents on radiation
emergencies. And information for care-givers, and about radiation.
And they continued to post them for the next thirty days.
So this is all planned ahead of time. I have said from the
beginning that the Fukushima disaster, the earthquake was
triggered by HAARP. We now have extensive evidence that confirms
it. Even the scientific community is saying that, especially
the geoscientists and the geophysicists, and the biggest lie
of all though, this is the biggest lie that TEPCO has promoted
from the beginning. I knew that within six or eight hours
after the earthquake, because all the cooling systems had
shut down, and they could not get them started because the
Stuxnet virus sabotaged every effort to start up the emergency
cooling systems at the Fukushima plant. So those reactors
were without cooling water for more than probably 48 hours,
and within six to eight hours -- and we know this from a simulated
melt-down at the Browns
Ferry nuclear power plant that was simulated in 1984.
We know that the reactors were in complete melt-down and starting
to melt through the bottom of the reactors within
six to eight hours of the earthquake.
Dr. Fetzer: Leuren, doesn't the involvement
of the Stuxnet suggest Israeli complicity in all of this?
L. Moret: Well, the Stuxnet virus was actually
developed at the Idaho
nuclear engineering [National] Lab in 2007 when a U.S.
team, and I am talking about nuclear weapons level-sophisticated
scientists and computer software experts. They went to the
Idaho nuclear engineering lab, and together with a Siemens
team that came from Germany, they developed the Stuxnet virus
in a six month period. And the Siemens team had to participate
because they were writing a worm or a virus or a program for
the Siemens controllers that are used in the nuclear power
plant controlling system at Fukushima and also at the Nantanz
and Bushehr
nuclear facilities in Iran. So it was introduced in July of
2010, and I think it was in August of 2010 the attack occurred
in Iran --
Dr. Fetzer: Hold that thought Leuren, we
have got to take our first break. This is Jim Fetzer, your
host on the Real Deal with my special guest today, Leuren
Moret. We are talking about the catastrophe in Japan. We'll

Dr. Fetzer: This is Jim Fetzer, your host
on the Real Deal, continuing my conversation with geoscientist
Leuren Moret about events in Japan related to the Fukushima
disaster. You were mentioning the Stuxnet missile in relation
to Iran. Leuren, please continue.
L. Moret: Yes, the Stuxnet, virus, as I have
mentioned, before the break, was developed by a U.S team aided
by a Siemens team from Germany. The reason Siemens had to
be involved was because of all of the firewalls and the privacy
and everything of their computer language, and it would have
taken much longer for the U.S. team to unravel it or to get
around the protective software. Or they might not have even
been able to do it. So it had to be co-developed, and what
we know is that the U.S. gave the Stuxnet virus to Israel
and Israel delivered it to the Nantanz facility where the
centrifuges, about 800 of them, were just destroyed by the
virus. And that virus appeared in Japan in October. It was
discovered that something like 62 computers were infected
with it. However, what is very strange is that in September
of 2010, even though the governor of Fukushima
Province had prohibited MOX fuel in any reactors
in that prefecture, the MOX fuel, which is a mixture of plutonium
oxide and uranium oxide fuel was covertly put into reactor
number three at the Fukushima plant. And in November or December
an Israeli security team from Dimona, which is the nuclear
weapons facility in Israel, put a new security system in that
particular Fukushima I Daiichi 1 plant, and they left shortly
before the earthquake and tsunami caused all the problems,
and they must have been the ones who introduced the Stuxnet
virus while they were installing a new security system.
Dr. Fetzer: So who was responsible for this
again, Leuren?
L. Moret: Well, the Israelis delivered it,
but --.
Dr. Fetzer: So there was an Israeli aspect
to this.
L. Moret: Yes.
Dr. Fetzer: And the MOX fuel was a bad thing
to introduce here too.
L. Moret: Well it was already prohibited
by the governor of the Prefecture in 2002. So obviously they
were sneaking it in, and the Stuxnet virus was already in
Japan in October, and the Israelis were there in November
or December or about that time. And so the whole thing was
a big set up. I mean all the forensic evidence is there. It
is irrefutable. The earthquake was a magnitude 9.0. They never
had a magnitude 9.0 earthquake reported in 1,200 years in
Japan.

(video) [Editor's Note: Leuren Moret informed me
that this is the only really truthful and scientific documentary
about contamination patterns surrounding Fukushima taken with
in the first two months after 3-11. I have watched this entire
documentary and highly recommend it. The web page profiling
this work, which includes embedded video segments, has the following

"NHK
ran several special documentary programs leading up to the 3rd
month since the March 11th earthquake and tsunami.
One
of them was this 90 minute special about Shinzo Kimura, a scientist
specializing in radiation hygiene. He once worked for the National
Institute of Radiological Sciences where he was on the research
team for the Tokaimura nuclear accident. Kimura later transferred
to a research center at the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare
where he visited Chernobyl to perform his own research. After
the Fukushima accident, Kimura was ordered to refrain from engaging
in any sort of research. Kimura left the agency because he felt
his hands would be tied from not being able to utilize all that
he had learned from researching both Chernobyl and Tokaimura.
A network of scientists assist him with his independent research
of the Fukushima crisis.
Since
the accident, Kimura has been commuting to the area to assess
the radiation. He heads into evacuated villages and takes samples
of soil and plants. One of the projects being undertaken by
Kimura and Masaharu Okano, an expert and pioneer in radiation
research, is to create a radioactive fallout contamination map
as a way to visualize the amount of radioactivity from the Fukushima
Dai-ichi nuclear power plant. This documentary was a result
of a 2-month long collaboration by scientists. The video is
split into 7 parts. I'll also be creating mirrors of these in
the event they are blocked."

doing more damage in ostensible preparation to defend against
nuclear attacks compared to scenarios where they actually go

"Japanese
artist Isao Hashimoto has created a beautiful, undeniably scary
time-lapse map of the 2053 nuclear explosions which have taken
place between 1945 and 1998, beginning with the Manhattan Project's
"Trinity" test near Los Alamos and concluding with
Pakistan's nuclear tests in May of 1998. This leaves out North
Korea's two alleged nuclear tests in this past decade (the legitimacy
of both of which is not 100% clear).
Each
nation gets a blip and a flashing dot on the map whenever they
detonate a nuclear weapon, with a running tally kept on the
top and bottom bars of the screen. Hashimoto, who began the
project in 2003, says that he created it with the goal of showing"the
fear and folly of nuclear weapons." It starts really slow
— if you want to see real action, skip ahead to 1962 or
so — but the buildup becomes overwhelming."
